I won’t put both of them in same category thoughLotus is like a jalra with her cooking skill she has learnt to move closer with Pri and Annachi . Using that power even she talked to isai as if she looked down on isai . She wanted to cook for everyone and get into good books and when isai started interfering in who should do what she got mad . Even though there was breakfast for annachi and others she prepared the sambhar and rice . She is subtle version of Julie . She tried to provoke Madhu against Isai saying ask what powers you have . She knows exactly who Abhinay is but I don’t think isai understands it .
But isai case is different . She might’ve cringe but you can see how she is struggling to play the game . During coin week she was working in kitchen . Annachi is such a lazy man complaining about cleaning a fridge . 2 days they had speaking task but instead of obeying he was finding fault

For Abhinay I want him to be evicted before cp Cp was standing to cut raddish and he had the audacity he needs to cut fruits for PaavniCp should have raised her voice . He keeps whining for every thing like why me in his face

They both might be different types of contestants, but I feel that Abhinay looks down at them similarly. During the knife incident quite a few of them mentioned Abhinay had the knife, including Niroop. But he kept directing his annoyance only to Lotus and was complaining under his breath. Abhinay didn’t even say he will give it back now, but was quiet until they kept asking where is the knife.
The difference is Lotus equally doesn’t care for him (anymore) so didn’t bother to appease him. But Isai sadly wants to be in everyone’s good books. Could be a result of her age.
