Reason might be ninad was present in party and celebrating half- heartedly and Sai- Virat were insensitive, pushed him unnecessarily. Ruthless kaku is back. Dislike for Ashwini's family seen clearly. Ashwini's make-up looked overdone, everyone can say that P didi did it, no proof needed. Ashwini looked pink just like P did on Sai's birthday.

@bold Bhavani should choose Sai as her successor. She is perfect. She knows how to get the work done at the same time assures to keep the family united. And also she cut shut down anyone. Earlier she used to do in her own way but know she is using sugar coated sarcastic words to do so and not losing her temper. She is learning and in few years she will be become expert in all these...

Only 2 contenders are there, Patralekha and Sai. Karishma cannot take a stand, does not have a voice, is good as a sidey only.

Patralekha is too immersed in herself, she cannot control her thoughts, tongue, mouth, expressions, anything... How will she control the house... It is bound to break even if Patralekha is considered as a option for one percent also... Plus she is a Salunke, bolne se to Chavans ki badi bahu to nahi ban jaati na...

Sai is turning into a meethi churi. She is good in baat ghumaana, other person won't know what is she saying and why. She also sees through the intentions of the opposite person and her judgements are almost always to the point. Earlier she used to lose control, now she is learning. I remember, since Sai-Virat reception, kaku, Ashwini and Sonali have noticed Sai and they knew with age she would rule them. That was the main reason for Kaku's hatred for Sai too. Now, slowly the tables have turned, kaku is on Sai's side, she can get her work done from kaku too... how she uses the family reputation card to make sure that Omi family attend the party. She is the one who can keep the family United, everyone loves/ respects her in younger generation, except Patralekha.

None of the males have that much voice or tact to handle the family. Virat can be a moderator but is way too diplomatic to make harsh decisions...

Sai should be the next matriarch... Makers should set a track around this.

Don't know why they are going on a sudden overdrive of Sonali & Omkar having too much hatred towards harmony in the family and growing a spine. Where was all this money and self respect for a year? BK has humiliated them and their son beyond thresholds of patience. They are genuinely too selfish to co-exist in a joint family and should move out to do their own thing considering the kind of people they are. Good for them and everyone else.

The writer's should get back to remembering that Sai missed a lot of college and needs to buck up big time to catch up even to simply pass; forget the scholarship😆

I feel the next generation does not need a matriarch. It'll end up being a toxic repeat of the happenings in the current generation. Everyone can make do and co-exist. Contribute equally and distribute stuff per everyone's skills and preferences; hire help for extra stuff. Sai has a long way to go to handle a family with maturity, she needs to figure out her life and dreams first. Karishma finds the maximum time to do household work, she can take care of everyday family expenses. Sai is better at organizing stuff without OTT drama, she can deal with the public events for the family, medical needs, celebrations and anything on a good management level. They should hire servants and cooks to let everyone survive peacefully, there are just too many people in the house to even cook on an everyday basis or manage things for. The house is huge, permanent back problems will arise for the one person cleaning that house😅 And let them individually indulge in whatever they want with their own expenses. The brother's already balance and will balance better if atleast Sai and Karishma start co-existing with the essence of togetherness making their families better.

Patralekha, has no skills apart from wanting to be the best and most wanted thing everywhere without doing anything but manipulation. If she evolves she should be given her place or simply ignored till she evolves. She's highly delusional and immoral, the family will stand doomed with her holding too much power at any point, Karishma on the other hand has the minimum exposure to Power or the chance to prove herself; the writer's can surely do a better job for her than just snide remarks. She should be tapped to be more than a flip flopper because she's the only one who looks like has a marriage that'll last in this generation.

Omi and Sonali are next level useless. They have gotten everything from spine to money just overnight, could have left home long back when Mohit was denied food... Where was this self respect then? Omi used to be scared of Sai, Sonali used to be more empathetic than Kaku. New villains in Lieu of kaku, Patralekha is not a villain, she is a clown.

Oh yes, Sai needs to go to college. She had less attendance last time she checked. Don't know what kind of MBBS she is doing where she feels no urgency and she has no backlog after so many offs... Still maintaining her first position and scholarship. Aisa college aur dimaag hume bhi chahiye...🤣

True the next gen might not need a matriarch but someone should still be the incharge to make sure they remain united, given the presence of characters like Patralekha and Karishma, who would feel beizzati and would want to be away...either give them unworthy attention or just break off. Someone with tact is needed to control them. Sai can see family matters in her free time... And this thing is surprising that an IPS's house doesn't have a househelp as yet. They can get help in the form of cooks, housekeepers but first thing is they won't and second thing is even if they do, the kitchen politics won't go. Patralekha would always want her upper hand, due to wanting all the attention for herself. Karishma could mend and adjust with Sai but Patralekha won't and seeing Patralekha's tantrums and intentions, she would always flip. Brothers found their balance but their wives won't.
