I am still confused about the bail conditions. I had thought that the court will mandate Aryan to go to a rehabilitation centre, if they thought he was an addict (which I know he isn’t). Moreover, the NCB wud’ve wanted to show that yes he is an addict and wud’ve pressurised the court into putting that in the bail conditions. But it is not so. So does that mean court also accepts that he is not a drug addict?? Or am i thinking about this all wrong??
