So caught the epi on FB live again coz hulu was late.
So pp ko karara jawaab mila hai. Its still respectful but its better than virats mute behavior. Atleast virat says stay out of our business, whatever it is its between me n Sai . Sai has employed new strategy of killing with kindness. Instead of her previous approach, now Sai is doing the meethi churi approach. Its awesome. Shes definitely mellowing down n learnt her lesson to not waste her breath on useless people of CN which is topped by PP followed by omi, sonali, bk etc. Most useless kaun ke liye definitely tough fight hai in sanb ke beech. Karishma is a non entity. So i wont even count her. She will anyway join all 4 of the above mentioned useless people.
Virat has walked off holding Sais hand in the end of the scene with pp. Its great. To PPs question of you dont know what you both want - Both Sai n Virat have a mind voiceover thinking about if they can be more than friends. Virat just thinks ki- can we be more but doesn't answer it, but Sai thinks n shoots it down saying - no cant ruin the friendship.
And then theres some cute scene of mohit, samrat, shivani, sai n virat planning anniversary stuff in the morning. Bk walk in and says kya subah subah patti padhayi jarahi hai in jest n everyone wishes her a sing song good morning like school kids. Sai was teasing virat about memory but when he asked Sai she suddenly changed it to tease Samrat. Very cute.
And just when i thought things were going well theres another unsavory moment.
Sai asks pp to help get ashwini ready. Sai saying it seemed like it was an indirect dig at pp's only use being all this makeup n superficial stuff..then samrat says- yes, pp do it. And again it sounds like he is taking a subtle dig at pp or challenging her to be of some use.
But of course we needed to have our ambivalent confused ACP back. Virat says- Sai you chose the perfect person, and has a very soft requesting tone to pp. I dont understand why he needed to get involved at all. It'd been just as well for shivani/Samrat to tell pp to do it n pp being forced to. There was no need for Virat to talk.
Pp is put in a spot and Virat asks her 2-3 times and pp agrees.
Dikhana hi tha toh I dont understand why they couldn't edit that scene to atleast be like virat saying something like "looks like pp doesn't want to so Sai, you do it. Amyway you'll do the best job"
I didnt get the sense that there was any dig at pp either that her only "skill" is to do make-up. It seems as if Virat is thinking of her sajna savarna fondly whereas Sai and Samrat tone when asking pp has an undertone of suggesting that its to keep her occupied so that she will be out of their way. Their expressions were not of pleading her fondly but more of challenging her to do the one thing but for someone else coz she spends most of her time doing it for herself usually!
But Virats expressions were not like Sai/Samrat. Instead of the desired subtext, it had the undesirable subtext of him looking at her with a certain fondness.
I find these aspects of Virats dialogues SO unsavory. Like with every step forward, they take one back to keep one door open for virat to have a soft corner for pp.
Precap has Ninad publicly doing ashwini beizzati. N Sairat dresses in kashmiri outfit likely recreating the honeymoon pics. Theres a new character- Ashwinis family- older sister is in precap. BK is also back to her normal self of insulting people in precap where she says to Ashwini sister that if you think we treat her badly, take her with you.
Looks like Ashwini family are the surprise guests for the anniversary party. I really hope that when all this tamasha happens BK, ninad, omi/sonali all get royally bajaoed for their behavior. Its about time that Team Ashwini blasted them to smithereens.
Watching precap is also laughable coz today Sai tricked bk into asking omi/Sonali to attend because if they didn't attend ghar ka function toh "log kya kahenge" but tomm when they do all this tamasha in front of guests, tab nahi sochenge ki log kya kahenge.
