Hmm....I am trying to recall and think
@bold Bappa, maine itna notice nahi kiya. đFirst briefcase fall & catch was hot âşď¸. Naag nadi date, chocolate feeding scene - both looked enticed. The attraction was also palpable in mohe rang do laal. Compare that to the scene when Virat is watching Sai as she comes out of the bathroom and dries her hair - nothing special about that scene at all. Now that I think about it, there were hardly any scenes which showed their physical attraction. May be Holi - that was really good.
Emotional intimacy - I really blame the script. It was abysmal after ousting - that's when too much of meaningless nok jhok started. Before that, so many fights, tensions and longing...I don't remember any significant scene after ousting - just Sairat joking around. There was no build-up, no longing. They continued their banter, went about doing social service ....
Did you like their anniversary fight at the hotel. I watched yesterday after a long time and I liked it - I liked both their acting. The hurt was well-done by Neil I thought. Compare this to the ladakh fight - he was emotional there also but it felt artificial to me. The anniversary fight, he looked more natural. This is an example of why I felt in someways he is better now....ofcourse Jaffar would have ironed out some of his weaknesses and made him more rounded.
P.S Hope I am not boring you
Oh certainly...You know I felt that attraction even in the flashbacks of Mohe Rang De, when he was thinking about Sai and her dance and Aniket in the office...that steely look...I thought no one has done jealous scene like Neil ever...just with the eyes and no punching tables or throwing things away, just eyes...I remember Barun acing it long back.. The physical attraction there. in this without the two in picture was far far superior than the bathroom scene you mentioned...Bathroom scene was bakwaas, I did not mention then because people were always happy about Sairat..
Holi was good because Rajesh Ram was the director, even the anniversary hotel scenes were done by him...
I liked anniversary confrontation a lot, especially the hotel one...Only put off was camera angles, when he held her hand and she sadi dard ho raha hai...because at one point it looked they are close and other it looked like he is holding her hands at a great distance.. Other than that, acting was top notch...Neil is good when he is convinced and has to perform emotional scenes,..Dialogues were a disappointment especially Sai's made no sense and Virat's response to that as well...That made me more and more intrigued about KD and that was the first time I watched the episode to realize how they screwed the entire episode in terms of writing....
Ofcourse like scarlett said, when I started watching the show, the things they did for each other, the way they looked at each other, it felt their love is so so deep, so consuming, that they would fall bad...The whole calm and composed and only sometimes losing his patience Virat who new how to tame the wild Sai would make a fire cracking couple...On paper, their love story was FIRE...But they messed up big time with their writing and copying, especially Virat...
You are not boring me..Its friday so light...Anyway I hardly see people wanting to discuss the showđ¤Ł
