I think the actors themselves don't know what will happen, they only know till a certain point.

When shiva, raavi and suman gave the interview the scenes did appear like she was trying to make raavi jealous.

Maybe the makers flipped, you never know suman can again flip when shivi meet and say all this was a plan.

And looks like they have not shot the court scenes or divorce scene.she still had her marital signs in the interview.
