What will Virat's answer be?

Virat got stuck trying to put together a sentence in the precap as to what Sai is to him, despite him calling her Mrs Sai Virat Chavan earlier on that day (in Ghum timelline). So what do we think his answer will end up being - any of the above or something else entire?!

I should have had an all of the above option, which is also possible!

I dont think it will play the same as precap in episode, the scenes are usually jumbled up.
