Sai never allowed herself to be that much attached to Virat after all the Vaada, ummeed mat rakhna, pyaosti, pyaari cheez dialogues. She always has that sense of detachment and realisation that she has to leave the house, if not now then after 5 years. She is not that into Virat, the way he is. She can move on from Virat, Virat and Ashwini know it, that's why they would not allow her to go atleast till her love realisation and confession. This is the reason for Virat's insecurities as well.

This is strictly my POV.

I don't feel she could forget Virat. It will be very very tough for her to do so. He is someone who helped her and took care of her in her toughest times and also saved her multiple times (from jagtap or by giving blood). He fed her food, celebrated her bday, cherished her memories with her abha, bringing candy floss or chocolates.... these are something not everyone will do. He always cared for her also proud of her like her abha. Even when she left the house, Sai herself told, she has become habituated and attached to him, he is the one who made her laugh like no one else, no one gave her that much happiness after her abha. She sees her abha in him and even said multiple times they have somethings in common. She also put him pedstrail where no one can reach easily. She is so comfortable and happy to share her memories with her abha and also she loves to boss him around. They had so many good memories apart from worst ones. He is the one who gave her most happiness and also worst pain. He is not someone who she can get over. When she was not ready to leave him when she was in hospital means in her vulnerable state. She needs him which means she unconsciously want him in her life. She would not be that hurt if she is not attached when he was avoiding her and indifferent to her when he was sick and not allowing her to take care of her.

When doctor asked her to write what thing first she got into her mind, she wrote V and when doctor said you are writing Virat name, she turned 180 degrees and wrote abha. For her, both Virat and abha are important above any other one. Inspite of being aai, Samrat, devi , Shivani bua and Mohit who love her like anything, she was hurt by Virat's behaviour which pushed her to leave house without telling anyone. Only Virat has that effect on her and viceversa. Only SaiRat can make big difference in each other lives like no other. (Specially last part is Strictly my POV).

I dont know why I see her as first being his wife and then falling in love. If not for that vaada, sai would have accepted him as her husband. As you said, she was demanding, bossing and was asserting her rights till pyarosti slip up happened. She was upset about pakhi from the beginning, even when she did not know pakhi's vileness. She likes him as a person and did not have any reason not to form a regular marital bond with him. Sai is mature in that way. love would have happened later, like in all arranged marriages. Virat's unnecessary importance to pakhi in the beginning made all the damage.

Now marriage has two parts right? falling in love and consummation. I think she fell in love already, but she is afraid to accept it because if it is one sided (as she believes), she cant take the next step. If they dont take the next step, can they still be in a marriage? Realistically speaking...thats where they are stuck. Virat wants to take the next step, but he is afraid that Sai doesnt love him. Sai doesnt want to accept her feelings fearing that they will get stuck in loveless marriage, they might consummate because Sai thinks Virat will be a husband out of obligation. :( Their situation is so complex to me. Thats why I say the story is very realistic. Their frustrations and insecurities are very real.

I agree with most of your points, she loves him, does not realise it yet, she had accepted him as her husband on the day they got married.. has given the place that Aaba had in her heart and life to Virat, is grateful to him for whatever he did. However, for her Virat is Pakhi's, given his vaada of dil me zindagi me kisi ko jagah nahi dunga. She tried to talk about it and clear it but never got a proper closure or view of changing dynamics. She has high walls around her heart, which get lowered sometimes but then due to Virat's own behaviour or Pakhi's interference get higher and more solidified. It's difficult to predict the move on status of Sai if she goes out of the house given her confused feelings and stance for Virat. She seems to love Virat more than he does subconsciously the way she does things for him, cares for him but still has this baggage and realisation of this temporary arrangement with him. Sai also seems to have a sacrificial mindset at love, reason she was leaving and wanted Pakhi-Virat to reunite before Samrat's re-entry. If she would think that Virat is happy, she would at least try to move on. She does not want Virat to move on from Pakhi or love her as an obligation to being her husband, (that would be against her principles and would hurt her self respect) but by all his heart and that realisation/ clarity is missing for her.

Yes.. from the start she was bossing him around. When she took prasad to him, she with full rights, went inside and put box on table and ordered to return the box. And he doesn't object. As you said that DIG incident and pyarosti slip-up spoiled everything in their marriage and root cause is his confusion and frustration in sudden change of dynamics in his life. She started building walls from then and later some incidents made her strengthened that things. She was behaving like a wife on their first night or later when first Pakhi came into their bedroom when they were fighting (when he caught her when she fell) and not allowing him to meet Pakhi at night. His stupid actions them made all damage in their relationship and still they could not repair it. Pakhi is big hurdle in their relationship. if not for her they would have been real wife and husband long back. But what is Maza or spice if there is not pakhi😆😉😎.. jokes a part. Pakhi sometimes acted as catalyst indirectly in their relationship or sometimes spoiled their relationship. Honestly according to me if not Pakhi has left CN and Virat went to her house and see her intentions, and Sai selflessly going there to bring her back or Going to DIG to tell truth, Virat would have not come out of that infactuation that easily. He saw the real Sai then and fell in love with her.

Both are scared and also feel that other doesn't require them in their lives. They are in very complex situation. To come out of it Sai only has to first step. Virat tried on their anniversary and saw the result. He is not gonna take that risk again. Hope they show Sai's realisation beautifully and convincingly.

Yes.. she never wanted to be in Virat's life as a compromise. She wanted to him love her whole heartedly and also accept her as his wife without any promise. She wants him to accept her as his own. She is ready to do anything for Virat's happiness but doesn't think that it lies with her. And hamara Virat baba confueses her too much with his jilebis and actions. Her only problem is Pakhi. She just needs affirmation that Virat has got over Pakhi and doesn't love her. This she has to realise on her own. She may not believe or believed if someone tells or told her or Virat himself. Let's see how they will she her realisation. Hope it will be beautiful.
