I know they cut some dialogues about sai insecurity regarding v-p equation. But as far I know in kd nothing changed despite rono knowing emon insecurities. He continued to think emon don't love him & emon thought rono loves rk despite psychiatrist telling her that rono don't love rk. So I think it's good they cut that part here. As that sequence brings nothing new in story as per kd .

There Rono during the whole badminton shuttlecock conversation when Emon says where will i go, both Pulkit and Rono offer and then she talks about being a shuttlecock, to that Rono held EMon's hand and said that my house belongs to you, irrespective of me staying there, the house belongs to you......SO that is your house, your Baadi...
So they go back normally, where there is not the level of bitterness for Emon like we see at CN.. And everyone welcomes her...
