I think the main reason he's not being firm and forceful is that he's too preoccupied with Raavi. All his reactions are now in response to Raavi, and what she wants. If she was brave enough to say ki Shiva shadi nahi kar, this whole drama would've finished before it even started. Isliye, he's looking for signs from her. So that means he is ok to marry Disha if ravi has no feelings. Even if he has feelings for ravi.
