Just one of those rare times when SBS voice over aunty speaks audience's mind. 🙂

Ye bichare actors ko kaisa lagta rahega? Do they think audience will laugh at us for having Ganpati track now. I always wonder if they think if the audience is laughing at their tomfoolery

I think they are laughing at us for taking the show so seriously 😅.

But sometimes I wonder if they cringe at some of the awful stuff that have to say and do. I mean think of Omi yesterday 🤔.

So true 😆

Half of the forum members left with annoyance.. Fiction never can be close to reality.. But there has to be some logic and sense....If Ghum targets both classes and masses they should take our opinions seriously..

This is purely from my observation. The more we dissect the technicalities of a daily soap, then we lose the broader picture. It is not like a movie which we see in 3 hours and do some research and forget about it. In daily soap, the characters stay with us and so are the technicalities. If we dissect the 22 min episode into direction, dialogues, and real life dynamics then where is the story and where is the plot?. Everything is brought down to actors and directors. There is no alternate reality, there is no story! just the screenplay?! and a bunch of people (Actors and directors) playing with it?

Where are Sai and Virat? We end up seeing Neil and Ayesha. If we see them as Neil and Ayesha, their offscreen selfs come into picture. Then why not just follow them on SM, why to see them onscreen when they are not Sai and Virat?

Sorry but this is what SM does to anything be in movies or soaps. But the effect is more on soaps because the characters stay with us. Unless we accept them as a part of story and enjoy it, the entire essence is lost.

Just my 2 cents.
