Kunddra, Teja & Vishal were also heavily promoted, so why people single out Shamita only? The others I mentioned do not get as much as hate as Shamita. If 'nepotism' is the issue, they should bash Umar too for the same. If 'favoring' is the issue, then bash Kundrra, Vishal, Jay, Teja etc too for the same. (not talking about you, but people in general).

But sadly its Shamita who gets the flak for both, others do not.

Perhaps because no one else is getting the full combo - third stint, cushy position, advantages, massive favouring and ignorance of her mess ups - to the extent that the most wtf thing last week IMO - the scissor shit - was ignored because that was Shamita’s bright idea, while others were bashed for violence and desperation and what not. Not to mention excessive focus on the weekend, at the expense of other discussion worthy topics - and Sallu’s personal focus to boot. All that combined makes it a completely different case to the names you’ve mentioned.

Even the Umar comparison IMO - is too one-dimensional. Sure Umar got the show because he’s Asim’s brother, just as some believe Shamita got it because she’s Shilpa’s sister. But would Umar have gotten it had he been quiet during Asim’s season like any other sibling, and no one knew him or of him? Doubtful. And once he got in - he’s getting the short end of the stick, in comparison to Shamita’s unending advantages. So not an apt parallel at all IMO.

I disagree, the names I've mentioned has gotten the cushy position, ignorance of their mess ups & 'favoring' too, which I have referenced in my post above.

& Salman bashed everyone in general for being violent, including Shamita, as everyone in the house were getting violent in one way or other. The way Shamita's scissor gate was ignored & not explicitly mentioned, so was Kundrra's WWE gate.

It's not one dimensional at all. Would Umar be on the show if he wasn't Asim's brother -NO, as he has zero credibility in the showbiz. Would Shamita be on the show if she wasn't Shilpa's sister -YES, due to her OWN work resume as a Bollywood actress, dancer & reality star. Yet Shamita is the one at the receiving end of flak, so both the 'nepotism' & 'favoritism' outrages are indeed selective towards Shamita only.

My view here is that Umar is a doctor, he has worked hard to give himself and his family a lifestyle, he was the one paying for Asim's expenses during Asim's seasons so he helped his brother, Umar has a goodwill among a fan group and he was approached by Bigg boss for OTT first then Bigg boss 15, He refused OTT and accepted BB15, Even Asim wasn't a big name when he came on BB

Whatever he is doing on the show is on his own, he is not getting support from makers, his scenes are edited, his ideas are attributed to other contestants, his profession is questioned on WKV and he is humiliated by bringing Asim's name in fight because he hasn't given anyone any reason to bash him for his game

Shamita acts like an elitist queen of some sort and gets every help she can get from Bigg boss team and Salman Khan, they make sure she gets footage on WKV even if they have to add Marathi and singing lessons for it. THE RUBINA SHOW which came after weeks of Rubina being a fan favorite is given to her in two weeks, for what?

I am 100% sure Shamita came with a minimum guarantee on both BBOTT and BB15, she was a contestant in some other season of BB, what more can Salman and show do to fit in your definition of Nepotism?

Two different cases, There's clear bias and favoritism in one and absolutely nothing in another

And the others had the weekend revolve around glorifying them too I suppose 😆. Forgive me if I don’t equate waving scissors around people’s faces in a snatch and grab, to the erm - snatch and grab itself. Even a 10-year old knows not to mess with scissors, and never like that. And we’ll talk about “cushi-ness” as and when queen Shamita ever has to be without her comforts and advantages. For now - the rest don’t enjoy the same for miles.

But chalo never mind - I’ll agree to disagree. No one is getting the full VIP package that Shamita is getting - and it’s beyond obvious to most, as well as understandably irksome.

But why will they say that she's on the show because she is Shilpa's sister, because that's not true! Shamita has been working in the industry for the past 20 years, she has a whole body of work & resume as a Bollywood actress, dancer & reality star which makes her credible enough to be on the show.

Umar has none, yet he's on, that's only due to his brother.

I'm talking about fans in general who does selective outrage & single out certain contestants to bash.

Simba ne Umar se bol dia so your logic is Shamita ko bhi sunaye😂 😒 and isn't Umar here due to Asim only bcoz he hasn't done any tv show or movie to be here. Shamita has done movie and an item nos jiske liye bhi people mock her 🙄 and has done reality shows too.

Asim was pretty much treated like shit during the majority of his whole tenure in the house by Salman Khan and the BB Staff, so its funny how you shamelessly come here and bring him up and use him as an example for the argument against Umar being a nepotism product.

For example, Leshan Sehgal is someone I doubt most people knew got selected as a contestant. Umar got selected as a contestant due to his own identity, profession and general personality that they liked him on. He was on the show before too, so they obviously saw something in him that they liked. Sure being brother of Asim helped, but its not a major factor for him being here.

and we can all see the blatant favoritism Shamita has received since she has been on here.
