I suppose it depends on who is listening to what where? Even for O Saioyyoni there was a difference. It actually reached #1 on my YT Music trend. Even Aru's Finale video had disparities and was discussed in IF. Perhaps, Altgr had commented.

So, it basically means that Aru and PD are more popular in Aru's home state circle - whatever it is according to YT.
