I really thought when he was arrested initially, he got bail right away after NCB didn’t find anything on him because that’s what I read here. After that I never had the time to follow this case and thought everything became fine lol.

NCB did not find anything. They admitted it in court.

They claim they want to keep Aryan in custody because they hope they will find something connected to him.

Which is to say they can keep him indefinitely, although there was something in court which said there is a limit of 10 years.

Nice to think of. 10 years... for a crime everyone knows you didn't commit. 😊

They claim if he is let out, he can influence people.

The argument is insane when the person in Aryan's life who CAN actually influence people is very much outside and behaving like any other citizen of India going through the courts.

I understand that, but again I am sure he will be alright unlike many who actually need voice and help for their situations right now.

The issue is if it can happen to SRK's son, it can happen to anyone. If voice is not raised now, it won't be raised when a middle class lad is arrested.

That’s insane for putting him in jail just in the hope if they can find something. Then isn’t that injustice? That way they can arrest anyone and everyone in the hope of finding something criminal without any evidence yet. I am shocked there’s such law even in India.

NCB arrested a group. Aryan was one person in that group. NCB from day one was saying that Aryan and group were about to use drugs in the cruise party and party didn't start when they raided the cruise. They even said there's no need of any medical tests too. I don't know why members here twisted this part and are just saying Aryan tested negative and all. Arey bhai.. his close friend Arbaaz was carrying drugs and NCB found drugs in his shoes. If you ask me when they found no drugs on Aryan why they arrested him, I have a simple answer. When you plan a party away from your home, you get the drinks ordered by one of your friends or do you say to your friends 'get your own bottle from your home'. This case is as simple as that.

In proper legal settings, mind-reading is not allowed as evidence.😆

Which is what NCB would have to do to prove Aryan intended to use drugs.

And yeah, they did do 2 med tests. Both of which turned out to be neg.

First tell me, why Aryan signed the arrest form? Why he even allowed NCB to arrest them as a group?

Wow. You're actually supporting a government authority railroading a citizen. 👏

I have a small piece of unasked advice. Don't resist arrest if you ever find yourself in Aryan's situation. It gives law enforcement the excuse they will need to perpetrate violence on you, even to extent of death.

Ask for a lawyer. That's it.

Read it again what I said.. NCB never asked for any medical tests to be done on them and they even said there's no need of medical tests as the cruise party was not started yet by the time they raided the cruise.

Dear Lord. There are court transcripts where NCB said they did medical test which was negative.

What *you* claim is immaterial.

If you don't have anything to say just bring this on 😆. I don't care.

I don't even put myself in Aryan's situation because I would never in my life take drugs 🤗
