Not everyone is following this case so closely.

Neither are you in SRK's shoes nor do you express any thoughts why exactly THIS happens in COURT.

I hope you doesn't feel the slightest schadenfreude because that would only add to the meanness of some people of the prosecution side...

The day Aryan got bail, this case won't even exist. And more than these boys, entire NCB team talking like they are coming to court after some 'sasta nasha'. They all are acting like daily soap ki sasti saas, 'Rasode me kaun tha' agar koi nahi that toh rasoda khali kyun tha? Someone should tell them just because they are dealing with actor's son doesn't mean they have to do acting.

If ASG is on time then tomorrow we can expect order by 2PM..if he gets bail then well and good

If he doesn’t then they can go to HC and apply for bail, if judge refuses to hear the case on the same day, they can apply for interim bail and get him out tomorrow

This is the most favorable scenario for Aryan but knowing ASG, He will delay the case by presenting stupid things

Why didn't they apply for interim bail yet?

Can they go to HC tomorrow? Don't they have to wait to submit an application there? Then there are 5 days holidays?

SRK & Gauri must be heartbroken. I am sure they were expecting Aryan today. Unless Desai had already told them this might happen.

This is not about the law.. If it was about the law he wouldn't be arrested, he wouldn't be remanded, he wouldn't be running from pillar to post for bail. By law he should never even have been locked up

So i don't know.. It all depends on the judge.. Every judge has a reputation.. Some are staunch believers of law, some are government stooges, some go by money and some don't want to upset any powerful people so they keep taaloing the case without deciding either way.

I have no idea about Mumbai judges. I practice in delhi. So i have no clue what THIS judge's reputation is.

He will of course eventually get bail. Atleast the Bombay HC has decent judges unlike MP where even the HC refused to grant him bail for a joke he was 'allegedly about to crack'

But what is happening is a travesty of justice.

They did apply for interim bail in Killa court but it was rejected on basis of maintainability then we had Saturday-Sunday and they didn’t have to apply for interim bail because court is listening their bail plea then NCB didn’t file answers for bail applications on Monday, they got two days, you know how they delayed today
The only hope is HC for me

Today someone in my friend circle here in Canada asked me what's happening with SRK and that apparently his son hasn't done anything wrong and still spending time in jail. This friend of mine picks to watch a BW movie in let's say 6 months and most of the time it's SRK's. Last she watched Rab Ne Banadi Jodi and apparently found it too good and funny.

ASG mere desh ka naam uncha kar raha hai.
