Bingo!! That’s exactly it. You said it perfectly
I think in this track they are actually trying to do what they failed to do in Mandaar track, and which we had hoped to see, that Raghav would be Pallavi's choice even if Mandaar was a good person. She loves Raghav who is her present, and Mandaar is her past (not because he's evil but they didn't go that way).
So with Raghav it's maybe to show that despite the fact that he finally learns that Esha hadn't betrayed him, that she did indeed love him and not money, he now chooses to put her in the past and get closure and chooses Pallavi because he feels they belong together, because she's the one he wants to grow old with.
I hope he doesn’t say all these to Easha and give her any ideas . As it is Palllu is there to spill the bcoz she’s Mahan types . I hope this time she acts differently and don’t try to be Mahan and sacrificing anymore . I actually want her to her disapproval to RR by staying away from him and teach him a lesson . IMO it was RRs duty to make Pals feel secure in this case whereas he’s doing the opposite .
