All I can say is that they should settle outside India, this kind of power play is scary, I have always supported our agencies, judiciary
I read constitution of India, I have loved every section which keeps human above law and power

By the way, I don't have Aryan's birth timings but he has entered his Sun dasha (represents - father, authority, government) - which is badly placed in his chart, runs for 6 years. He will also enter Shani sade sati, which too will be very testing.
So he will suffer for some time attests - mentally - badly placed sun also leads to slander and loss of reputation.
(SRK lost his mother during his Saturn sade sati - as moon (signifying mother, emotions, mental health - os placed in 6th house- 6th house is illness, debt, daily work place, colleagues, legal dispute; SRK after 30 years is again during his peak sade sati.. which will end in 2023 - so testing times for sure).
Sade sati is when Saturn transits the rashi before moon sign (1st phase), the moon sign (peak phase) and the sign after that (last phase).
Saturn is currently in Capricorn (SRK is Capricorn moon sign so peak phase, but his dasha is neutral unlike in 1990 when he was in Rahu period which can be harsh and good both). Aryan is Aries moon sign, his sade sati will start next year (loss of reputation, slander, isolation, death of a closed one, etc are common in sade sati, causes stress to mother).
So some kind of mental tension will remain for a while in the family - for Aryan especially because his sun is poorly placed which is leading to trouble with the government. (Sun dasha and Saturn sade sati will both be together for him so.. Saturn will literally break and test you)
