Its doesn't matter whether Aryan is in NCB custody or Judicial. NCB can go and interrogate anytime there.

Are you sure about this because the magistrate actually laughed today on the counsel of Aryan Khan that how can he consider this an individual matter. Same order will passed for all as all 8 have been arrested under the same section.

I just read about it. Now NCB officers have to take permission of the magistrate to interrogate Aryan and his lawyer can be with him. But he will be in jail for atleast 14 days.

Yes pls explain the LAW you are talking about that allows interrogation at whim in judicial custody. I want to hear about this revolutionary law too..

Judicial custody means that from the ncb the custody has now moved to the court.. The magistrate now have custody of aryan. The only way they can interrogate him there is by filing an application and taking permission of the magistrate which is not a simple matter. So everyone pls relax

I think now they should consider it as individual matter .NCB interrogation is over .

What is his crime ? Being related to one accused which hasn't been proved yet

No he won't.. Getting out of remand is tough.. Bail is relatively easy.. Ofcourse it can go kaput but most probably he will get bail... And if he doesn't then they can approach the high court and even straight supreme court(though sc prefer that you don't come directly to them and go through the entire chain but they do hear matters).. And in sc money matters alot

He has been booked under 4 sections of NDPA acts Section 8(c), 20(b), 27 and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (DPS), 1985. NCB is focusing more upon section 20(b) that too commercial limit which means minimum 10 years imprisonment and its NON BAILABLE offence. They are bell bent to prove his connection with international drug cartel.

His WhatApps chats, call records are in scrutiny. At least 18 people has been arrested in connection with this case. So, interrogation will take time.

Leaving Aryan on bail can disturb the investigation as he is son of SRK, the powerful person. Secondly, he or his aides might tamper with evidences, threat witnesses, clean traces after all he is SRK#s son who can afford to do anything with his money and connections.

So, its pretty unlikely he will get bail tomorrow. There are many similar precedents in past.
