Calcutta Club was chosen because CC wants to put Bon in a situation where women are not Shakti, but actually prey... It is a gendered power move, similar to PP targetting the lack of women toilets in the court to target Bon.

I think both families will also reach at the end to see how downfallen person is chandrachur. Especially Kalindi should see his real face directly. Although she knew it but should also see with eyes so that she will realise how she spoiled her grand daughters life just to make her ego win infront of Anirudh.
