My respect for Sai just increased tenfold. He could have easily shrugged off her illness and let anyone else take care of her. Him tending to her personally keeping aside their differences shows how caring and respectful he is.

We have seen how Shivi has become protective of him and his feelings in their iv with Sravan.

No idea if something is actually cooking between them, but they complement each other so well. It's hard not to Ship such a shippable couple 🧿
