She understands him and his tendency to ruin his life with his own hands because of his irresponsible actions. As a wife she keeps trying to safeguard him and steer his life in the right direction.

Raghav's behaviour was unacceptable, him getting drunk repeatedly, threatening Pallavi, telling her how loving her has been the biggest mistake of his life, telling her that she can leave if she doesn't agree with his ways of working. All of this for the lame excuse of continuing to do business illegally. It takes a big heart and unconditional love to be able to see beyond such behaviour and continue to love a person still. Pallavi has that tenacity and love for Raghav. Quite honestly he should consider himself lucky to have found a life partner like her 😆

As for physical love, Pallavi is very physically affectionate. Consummation for now is hard to come by, in most itv shows it is delayed.

@Bold: I can’t believe I’m going to comment on this as I really don’t understand the obsession with this topic but I agree with what you said and to add to that do serials that are shown at an earlier time really show this? Even the British ones don’t and that’s the 8pm ones, let alone anything earlier!!

Agree with everything else too, she sure has a lot of love and patience for a man who treats her that way. He too loves her but I think she is fourth on his list after whiskey, money, Amma/Keerti!!
