Tattoo was just identification mark 😆 Tattoo dekhke thodi pyaar Hua Hai 😆 He may be fell for her "Tera Dard main samajhti hnu" convo because he feels none understand him. He lacks meeting of minds with people around him with Sanju most probably he felt that there is a possibility of meeting of minds thus his fascination n infatuation started which he terms as love out of his impulsiveness.

He would have. He clearly didn't love sanju ka face and she scared him. He saw a drunk girl and resized this tough rough girl had that side and fell for that unknown side she showed him one night.
