I understand what you are trying to say but in Ghum the relationship dynamics between Virat and Pakhi were different. They met in yoga retreat and it was a relationship of 1 week (Can you believe it). Inn dono ne usse pyaar samaj liya which is simply infatuation. Virat understood the infatuation but Pakhi is still not out. Agar ye dikhaate like Imlie show that Virat and Pakhi are an engaged couple since months or years toh log aaj Pakhi ko Malini ki tarah support karte.

But i personally wanted Virat and Pakhi to be together and Sai to persuit her studies in the beginning. Later i wanted Sairat but now i want THIS SHOW TO END LOL. 🤣

Although in KP his character was very different. He played a sweet and positive ML. The negative lead was actually obsessed for him and but he never saw her more than a best friend. He was a one woman man just like Icchenodee's ML.
