Simple answer - he doesn’t love her or trust her, whatever he may say. She is a stubborn, brash and immature girl in his eyes, who doesn’t know and needs to learn how to behave in a joint family of “loving and caring, dil ke achche” people who have given her “maan, izzat and pyaar” and who doesn’t understand his unsaid thoughts and said confusing jalebis. Of course she also makes the mistake of bringing up between them the woman married to his brother who he once called his “pyaari cheez” in front of his wife, who called his wife a “shani” and cried holding his hands asking him to take her away, and who is constantly making things worse between them. After all this do you think this girl deserves anything less than life threatening problems for daring to leave him? 🤢

This show really has some twisted definitions for love, trust, respect, maturity, best friends, commitment, spasht shabd, maan, izzat, abuse, relationships, beizzati, list is never ending.

It's like maar maar kar pyaar ka ehsaas karaayenge but evident suspicion jo integrity to question kare, use clear nahi karenge.

What if these two didn't complicate things and understood each other... story would have been different and characters too.

Virat says he loves her but he has never gave 100 percent to his marriage.. He let his ex/bhabi have so much say between them even though it was spelt out by his wife zillion times..

Virat is extremely emotional.. Love and hatred both are extreme emotions.. Virat is a man who has such personality traits

The show would have been over in that case. The classic case of logic less vaada would have been over but that's not so. Lack of communication and understanding is the key for all this stretching.

The main point is you don't leave even your acquaintances just like that because you are angry at them, or you think they are wrong, you always try to find out if they are safe and sound. So how can you do it with someone you love, whose responsibility you have taken and claim to give your heart and soul to fulfilling it.

I agree he is extremely emotional, with low emotional quotient, it's always about him, his feelings.

Even after knowing everything about P's intentions, what she does all the time, S being vocal about his issues with his so called friendship with P, he doesn't realise where the relationship went wrong. Either he is really dumb or enjoys P's attention. Any other person would have cut ties with her, would even avoid seeing her face but here they are making their friendship stronger day by day.

You just don't start hating someone you love overnight, it's more about disappointment with them but disgust and hate doesn't exist in such cases. You always take into consideration atleast of the basic safety issues.
