I don't know the language but from my understanding of the scene, Virat comes to hospital with DIG and college students try to stop him but he has to fill form for Sai's operation as doctor asks for her father or husband's signature, Samrat tried to call someone (I didn't understand it) but college students were creating ruckus in college not allowing him to visit Sai, Virat asks them to let him sign as Sai is in critical condition but they don't budge

Pakhi interferes saying its their family matter and college students charge at her that's when someone either Mohit or Sunny goes to her asking her to stop and Samrat yells silencing everyone and asks her to leave

My Opinion - if you care about the patient and every other patient in hospital since you are the future doctors, you shouldn't create a scene in hospital and stop Virat from signing the form which will lead to delay in Sai's surgery when she is in critical state and she is your priority how about you let him sign and let the surgery begin, I found this scene absolutely stupid and misplaced, I feel bad for Ghum universe who have these people as future doctors 😆

But you know this is the sad reality of Indian medical system ..junior doctors go on strike very often .. for days .. because they are paid shabbily and overworked badly

She only argues when her relationship with ROno is questioned , since college student heart UM speaking and also remember that these two were holding hands in the cafe and not for Sai's thing getting signed up.. She was least bothered about Sai's state.

There was no need for RK to be there, but she was sent home eventually.. she is so mean that when Imon is back she says,look how you are being treated as Maharani...you must be feeling good...

Why would she bother. She wont bother even if Sai succumbs to injury
