What was/is attractive about Virat?

This is genuine doubt I had for a long time.

From the beginning, I couldn't really like Virat as a character. I never liked his Yoga romance, and him give vaada to didi .. But mostly as a character, I never got a clarity whether he was just plain dense to not realize that didi is pining after him or just manipulative. He felt like a person who runs away from problems. He works with short term solutions and mostly never clear at expressing himself.

But Both Sai and Pakhi love him so much.. I just can't see it.

What do you like about him?

P.S. We are not discussing Neil.. He is (was?) a good actor and somewhat handsome according to general audience.

P.P.S.: Ok... Before everyone come at me (with pitchforks) saying Sai is not that perfect. I agree. Sai is not perfect. Has her faults. but I can see Someone liking Sai for her character while till now I couldn't like say the same for Virat.

As an ACP he never try to face and solve the problem, according to him the best solution to all problem is shove it under the carpet.

Makers should have showed him as a business man or an other profession but showing him as a cop , it is an insult to all the cop who give their lives to solve the crime.

If I were to look for 1 quality in virat which makes him.likeable , it's none 😆Probably, he is not a serial killer , he is not that level..that's his quality..he is not a good son, a good brother , good lover , good husband , good police officer ..he is none..

He is pakhi's choice tells it all😆

When your protagonist's greatest quality is that he is NOT A SERIAL KILLER , then the you should realize something is off🤣🤣

It is isn't it..the way he treated Usha mausi I can't say he is kind to his employees. The way he treats sai is for everyone to see..the way he treats ashwini , let his father humiliate her in front of his family , he isn't a good son..the way he treated devi, at the time of her marriage and now , I won't say he is a good brother..the way he treated his 2 day love , i won't say he is a good lover.. if it was this important for him, he would have taken a stand for her , or at least not let her marry in the same family bec she made it clear to him that she doesn't love his brother..

Yes , not everybody is perfect..but kuch toh acha ho .😕

why sai and pp likes him? - they supposed to as he is ML (?? - writers made them) 🤣🤣

Why viewers like him? - I do NOT like him from episode 1 (here for sai)!

I would rather like a don (than this namesake IPS), who immensely loves his family - can do anything for his family😊❤️

He doesn't treat elders respectfully either..UM being his only one from in laws he never treated respectfully ..

Well I started to watch this serial after sai and virat's reception. As I told before Sai's character was something which made me to watch. Initially during sai's college admission I like virat as he took stand for Sai's education but then devar babhi started and I kind of lost interest in him. And frankly speaking when I read about two days love story I was like wtf who falls in love within two days??? And vaada thing is something which I will never ever understand.

I neither like him nor hate him. I dislike him for he is not coming clean and explaining his side of story to Samrat and Sai.He have clarified to pakhi that he has moved on and he loves Sai. Now it is her problem that she is still pinning to him. But at the same time he needs keep his distance and call her out when ever she crosses her line for e.g. the way she behaved with Devi is unacceptable but he stood there just giving angry glares to Pakhi which of no use or her taunting Sai all the time. He needs to say in words to her or else she will continue her antics.

Coming to Sai she is some one who needs both action and words to match which he lacks. She asked about cafe meeting he could have clarified and finished it off but no he has to keep everything inside him. I agree he is hurt due to Sai's behaviour but he had the opportunity to clarify and tell her that he is not bound to any vaada which would have made situation better but again he chose to stay silent.

Communication is something which is very important in any relationship and in sai and virat's case both are at fault.

Actually there is nothing likable about him . Don't know why Sai falls for this guy.The character Virat lacks morals, integrity and values. He is not a family man .I don't find him handsome also🙈

My biggest problem is HE IS DIDI 'S VIRAAAAT. That's why I don't like him.😆
