See people don’t like watching happiness.. they switch off .. I love pandya stores .. every character in the show is cute abd well meanin .. even mami is not bad just slightly jealous .. Anita has reasons to be silly n mean ..

But I myself switch off most of the time .. because no big stress is happening there .. even if I go out to make food in the middle nothing much will change

but in Ghum the stress is there full on .. they celebrate nothing .. even though Ganpati had arrived one day before .. Virat Sai and pakhi were still moping , crying , sparring abd bitching .

Both Sai n pakhi did not spend a single second decorating the house or making Prasad ..

the people who were working round the clock karishma , ashwini were ignored ..

both came down dressed to the nines to do arti and bechari karisma did it last . ..Sai who did not decorate the house got to welcome Bappa and panditji even gave her the arti thall to pass around and take blessings .. so how fair is it ?? the audience only want drama , glycerine and negativity.. so let’s accept it ..if. Ghum had behaved like pandya or Yeh rishta ( both happy characters … positive family ) it’s trp would be like that ..

All shows has their own charm.. Yeh rishta has been running for years since I was in my early teens 😆..that show always had true meaning of relationships ups and downs NOT that I ever liked it but when i look back they meaningfully shown joint family dynamics..

Once you have mentioned ghums character are more realistic.❤️. Sai and Virat are one of us.Thats the reason people watch it.. They watch it for the characters not the story.. Sai's journey and Virat's fall out then bouncing back..see these are the flow of emotions portrayed by these two key characters.. But aren't they going extremely OTT and somewhat promoting domestic abuse..?? I understand a show can not change the society but shouldn't be careful about such sensitive issues..

yes they do go OTT .. it makes you squirm and disturbed the whole day .. I have been disturbed with how virat has behaved with Sai .. how paapi is .. the story is still in my mind .. but Pandya where I like the characters more is off ..
