What I have seen is that you can only post a link to a picture. That means the image has to be already uploaded somewhere. For example you can post a link to an image on FB or Twitter. There are image upload sites but I don't know whether IF rules allow linking to those.

I should say SMP's dresses for Navratri event are better than the finale dresses given to her. But still I am surprised how long can be this event that they need 4 dresses for??
