Agree with @Asmi. Our body has wonderful abilities and our brain can do wonders. the body always prefers comfort and the brain tries to create such an environment. Hence when given deep shock or trauma, the brain tries to block that moment that causes imbalances in the body systems causing discomfort. So through this accident of Sai's the brain will act to block one of her traumas VIRAT (the current trauma) making it to be a partial or selective memory loss! But this is science, makers can do it any ITV way, I don't mind as long as she forgets Virat and their marriage. i have stopped looking for logic in Ghum. for all I care, they can even show didi doing "kala jaadu" to make Sai forget Virat and CN 🤣🤣🤣
