Very nice post.
This picture is from Rishikesh. The muddy color of Ganga, in rainy season - other months it would have been beautiful blue/green.
Now the title "protector" has officially been given 😆
It would be very interesting to know how does a person / their parents go about identifying somebody like this for such a job. This requires such immense trust.
Yes, it is a decision one has to take based purely on instincts - and need ( you need someone and so you have to trust someone).Originally posted by: PV_IFhandle

I find it interesting that "protector" was given precedence to "companion". Not sure how smart she is but if it is a measured use of the word then it is either to announce that she is not alone and helpless or to comfort parents, fans, well-wishers etc..

But the order of words says didi, closest friend, protector - do you feel that this is in ascending order of importance?
But yes, I don't think this is a general post - nobody uses the word "protector" just like that. There is a purpose behind this post, for sure.

I thought that didi, closest friend, were like adjectives - the main focus was Protector. But maybe that is because I feel good that she has spelled it out so clearly and unambiguously.

Okay. I think we are saying the same thing then 😆. Didi is probably what she calls DR; closest friend is what she has become now - the only confidant in the big bad world of Mumbai. And Protector is there for some purpose.
I was scrolling through Arunita's IG posts looking for something when I came across this post.

What a lonely 18th birthday. Almost no one around the cake, and selfies on her own.
I don't remember anyone bothering to take a photo of her cake cutting and sharing it on SM.
And to think that so many want to give their right hands now for her to pose for them!!!
