There was some news about Rawat having a spy on the inside. So maybe someone took the video from a phone they hadn't turned over. It is possible. It isn't like the seniors searched everyone.

Siddhart and Monami made a mistake. There was a punishment given for that. The punishment was severed since they tried to escape the first one. There was also a way to get rid of the punishment. Apologise and leave, simple.

The issue is, Siddhart doesnot feel guilty of the mistake he has committed. He wasnt ready to apologise? Really? Why? Because his intentions would be misunderstood? Anymore than they already have? Monami's reasons are totally baseless.

The point is, how do you make Siddhart realise his mistake and how far does one go to uphold the rules of the Academy because then, there will be others who will follow suit for anything they desire and are not given.
