From the outside, they look like a regular arranged marriage couple. They are stable and loving but it's more about respect for each other and concern for the family. Nothing wrong with that though. All that grand romance and fairytale stuff is overrated anyway.

I think every person has their individual definition of love and what constitutes a happy marriage. The key is to find someone else that compliments your worldview. A marriage may seem tepid and cold to an outsider, but the two people involved may feel very satisfied. Another marriage may seem fulfilling to an outsider, but the two people involved may feel like they're living lie. What you see is not always what happens between the two people behind closed doors. Not everyone wants the same things either. Some want passion and chemistry others want companionship and stability.

Not everyone believes in monogamy either. So while infidelity is a dealbreaker for some, some people are perfectly comfortable with open marriages.

She doesn’t make 1000 topics on him on IF per day, so I guess not.

I honestly think that the majority of marriages (even non BW) are not actually based on love as the odds to find and marry a soulmate in this era is a challenge. Just looking at my broad acquaintances, I only know one couple who truly fell in love (and they are still together after 20 years). The others married because they either wanted children, companionship or a better lifestyle. That’s why people divorce for the stupidest things. Hope you will be part of that small % of genuinely in love couple FingerFetish.
