Yes. He seems to be either a bodyguard / security or some type of employee of Octopus.

You are right Ashish is not visible in the above pic but if you see right behing Pawan Shetty's mass of hair. A shirt sleeve is seen which is similar to the shirt Ashish is wearing in the video. He is very much there in the video - Raj Surani gives the cake to him and also rubs it into his face.
