PART 2

Anger is one such thing which boils you down and deep down has the power to destroy your own innerself. Arnav was fuming with anger as he finally stopped the car infront of Raijyada mansion. He kept his head on steering wheel. He was tired, he was upset, he was bothered, he was concerned, he was worried and these mix reactions were boiling down deep within him for 2 different person? Sleeping around was common in their high profile social rave parties. Karan was rich and equally flirt. Arnav knew and never had any objection for Karan because he felt it was his choice and his life. He had just warned him to be cautious because he also knew many women will also be behind his money, Any action which puts you in guilt is always wrong-------and that’s where you need to draw your line.
Untill there is mutual consent, until you are not cheating, until you are not in guilt, you are an free soul Karan…..but the moment you are occupying in guilt, you be sure you have done something WRONG and that’s not acceptable. And that I would never approve off!.
Khushi was right, she has all rights to get angry, but even karan did not new who sheetal was . He assumed her to be someone else…Will Khushi dare to file an FIR against karan? Or would she understand how karan had equally accepted that he has done a mistake.
Arnav sheepishly removes his head from steering wheel as thoughts disturbed him and comes out from the car finally. Today the day was s hectic for him, which all started from his early morning shoot. It was inhumanly now possible for him to not sleep. He was walking pass through staircase, when he heard Manohar voice.
“I know there must be something very important apart from shoot which kept you this long away”
Arnav turned around in surprise. How could he forget not to meet Manohar. Since the time Manohar and Anjali have come to Mumbai, he had been busy with his shoot in kamaptipura and then helping Khushi.
“Dad,””Arnav came forward to hug Manohar.
“You look so tired. Is all ok. “You went with karan ” Manohar questioned Arnav, as they broke the hug.
He remembered how Khushi was shouting and crying in pain holding his collar. He was definitely not ok.
Arnav looked into manohar’eyes, not able to decide the fact that whether he has to share with him. He was too tired , infact restless to even talk anything. Hisown preoccupied mind was keeping him busy.
“dad, shall we talk tomorrow? Iam just too tired”
“Make sure to catch with Anjali. You haven’t even responded to her calls. We both have flight a day later”
“Iam cancelling all my schedules tomorrow Dad. Will spend time with you guys.”
As Arnav gave a fake smile and turned back, Manohar popped unexpected question.
“Is it about Khushi ?”
Arnav didnot answer and straight away walked towards his room.
Arnav for the first time, threw his shoes over the corner, loosened his shirt button , threw his phone on couch and dozed off

Karanhome
Khushi stood motionless as she heard Arnav speaking in that tone and the way he left trashing the door. She broke down and just crushed herself near the wall. Not able to clearly understand anything coming out of the situation. She blindly kept staring at the bed where Sheetal was sleeping.
Karan was equally shaken with all the things turning up. Verbal spat between Arnav and Khushi, the way Arnav stood for him, and also the way he equally cared for Khushi and her sister. What else he could expect of someone from Arnav. He hesitantly walked towards Khushi. He knew Khushi was in no position to even talk nor even would even like to see his face. Who would afterall..,? But still he wanted to talk to her. Talking to women looked so tough for him for the first time, well he never have encountered such a fearless women who have equally travelled in this journey so far.
He swallowed a lump, and began…
“Khushi,I, I, Iam ready to take up any charge. You want me to go jail?. I will. I deserve it, even much more. I know I am not may be worthy to ask you Sorry, but just one request- do trust Arnav. He did not have any idea that sheetal would be your sister. And ….Karan paused, he could see Khushi was still blindly staring at Sheetal. He continued..
“If it was not Arnav, I could have never searched sheetal. And trust me, he is the never the same Arnav what I have seen him growing. He never respected any women, nor valued any women nor did he ever bothered to look for any one beyond his status and level. But he now values, he cares, he respects women and he has changed and I guess somewhere it is because of YOU. I don’t know why exactly, but he cares for you. And that he has never done for anyone to this level. And please don’t think he has supported me, he is different. He judges the thing way too practically than emotionally. Just think over to what he has said. I mean, you can meet the doctors whom iam currently consulting, before deciding on anything. Here are the medical files….
Karan extended the medical report of sheetal, but Khushi did not even move an inch of her eyes to look at him. Karan kept the report beside her and walked out in more of guilt.
As khsuhi kept staring at her sister, her phone beeped . She looked at the screen . It was from payal. She picked up and told in her most sad tone on what happened. And requested to hide the full detail fact from Garima till she return.
Thecaretaker of sheetal who was another victim of that sleeplness night had now finally understood the equation karan and sheetal shared. She now understood why karan behaved differently with sheetal . Being the women, she was clearly cursing god on how sometimes the life journey is so different being born as women. She felt pity on sheetal and Khushi, but she had even see karan being in his house form last few month. She walked towards Khushi and tried to convince her that sheetal condition is now far better. It was worse when she had first seen her. She explained how sheeta lwas like a dead soul, but now she responds to many actions, she is now responding to treatment.
Khushi looked towards nurse, there was some light hope in Khushi eyes as she finally gazed towards nurse.
“I don’t know if karan needs to be punished or not. Its wrong on my part to say this.But madam, the way he cared for your sister is unimaginable. For someone like his status, he almost started and ended day care of sheetal. He tried his maximum to help her regain her memory. He would talk with her hours without expecting any reply from her. You know one day …I took off an emergency leave. It was midnight. ; Sheetal’s bed was wet- she mensurated. Came to know later that how he called Arnav, they arranged for nursing staff and took so well care of her. It was so much tough for someone to take care to this level even without knowing the person. He would cry infront of madam so many times. And today I came to know the reason.
Khushi made a face and turned away, clearly not in a situation to accept anything good against karan. She pressed her head hard not able to understand the step she would like to take.
Khushi was distressed, tensed. She kept gazing at Sheetal. The matter looked so delicate and then she knew whom she should get an advice from. She dialled shanti devi …….. Khushi knew she was the only women who could guide her in this matter.
Raijyada House
“Your mom went away forever”
“Mrs Devyani , VP of Raijyada industries has quiet and moved to India, leaving behind his sons. An alleged affair?”
“Dad, Did mom really went away with someone, leaving all of us? Doesnot she love me?”
Manohar nodded, hugging Arnav.
Arnav was shaking his head, with his frequent dreams disturbing. His hands were trembling in that sleep. The bitter memories were hitting hard. He could hear his name shouting..
“Arnav, ARni,, Arniee….” And then he could feel a soft but solid hit on his head. Arnav wakes up suddenly only to find Anjali holding a pillow sitting beside him calling out his name.
“Di!” Arnav rubbed his face, and looked at Anjali.
“You ok Arnie? “
“Usual dreams. Leave off!”
“Where have you been last night. You know Iam in city and you did not even meet me in2 days”
“I was just busy Di”
“Something very important than your sister ?” Anjali cupped her face and questioned him.
And suddenly Arnav mind fluttered as he remembered how he walked past through karan home in so much anger. The realization hit, as he thought Khushi is in Mumbai and in Karan’s home all alone. What she would be doing, how she would be handling the situation. But the next moment he remembered how she doubted him.
“Oh god!. Whats wrong with you.” As Anjali equipped the words, Arnav came out of the lost stance.
“Nothing Di. I am off today from all commitments. Ok?”
“You should be!. I have an flight tomorrow.”
“So soon. ? Dats not possible . you gonna stay here for a week this time and I”
“and?”Anjali asked in question, as she saw Arnav paused. Arnav wanted to sort out Khushi matter. He wanted to make sure Anjali remove Khushi from blacklist and understand what the situation she is going through.
“Just like that. I have lots to talk with you. Btw how was yesterday’s sangeet party?”
“It was awesome. You missed it. Common Arnie. All the industry and business people. You are one of the sorted out to be most present bachelor. How could you dare to miss. You never early missed before!”
Arnav brushed off the question and grabbed a glass of water. Anjali though continued how she met many business people, how they talked on expanding business and also met many of the industry people.
“Btw congratulations Di, on nomination on Forbes list. Iam sure you will WIN”
“I will Win for sure Arnie”

“No matter how much we think, but even if we want we cannot change our past. But Khushi, we can definitely move forward to make better decision. I know its tough, its very tough but right now your Sister should be your prime concern. It’’s not the time to get emotional. Emotions are for weak people. You sister is not in any position to identify you. I would advise to meet the doctors and give me the update. “Mrs shanti devi advised Khushi as the later dialled her number.
Her advice was short and crisp. As Khushi was keeping her phone after her series of questions on how she should handle the things, Mrs shanti devi at last asked,,on how she reached on Karan home.
It was then Khushi disclosed about the Arnav for the first time.
“Arnav singh Raijyada, the actor?”
“Yes Mam. He happens to be karan friend , but he was been so much help in searching my akka”.
Khushi could sense a void, a pause at other end.
“Mam, u there?”
As shanti devi came out of stance she quickly hung the call giving a quick excuse to Khushi.

“This isthe golden opportunity to meet Arnav . Why dont you go Mumbai? “
“NO. Never” Mrs Shanti devi answered to her beloved assistant of several years.
“But in chance of meeting Khushi , you could talk and see Arnav closely. How many years still you would keep seeing Arnav from far.
“He would never be able to accept . Let the life go as it is going. I guess even he might have forgotten . He is happy. But iam happy arnav is helping to this level. I thought Manohar has raised him to be arrogant, selfish….
“He might have raised anyhow, but he has your blood too. “
“”his images in google with different model, was irritating me, but I feel nice when I saw gossip news on Arnav and Khushi. I must really say Khushi is something .It is not easy to mend someone like Arnav..”
“I need to talk more with Khushi, but iam worried right now about sheetal. Make sure you arrange our city top doctors and care takers in her case. I would personally like to get all her updates when she is back here to Bangalore.”
“SO you would not go to Mumbai?”
“NO”!

Karanhome
As Khushi cut the shanti devi call , she again blindly stared at sheetal and dozed off holding sheeta’ls foot unknowingly.. It was such a long painfull night for her.
It was only after an hour when she suddenly woke up, She was suddenly worried when she didnot see sheetal on her bed. Being terrified she called out her name loudly and came out of room, only to see Sheetal smiling in the company of nurse. Khushi wanted to run and hug her, but she suddenly remembered how sheetal was got panic attack seeing her. But she wantedto talk to her and hug her desperately. But,She closed her fist, punched herself hard to stand so close to her akka, yet not able to hug and talk to her. Karan, wo was passing there from his bedroom, saw this and took his eyes off. Khushi angrily looked at him and closed her eyes focusing on things what shanti devi said to her.
“I know it must be tough for you. Sometimes god is so hard on us right” The nurse walked towards her and spoke.
Khushi kept quiet. She kept staring sheetal from the corner who was sitting in balcony and turned to look at nurse and questioned her emotionally.
“Will you come to Bangalore with me, can you please? Please, she doesn’t identify me, but I could see how she is reciprocating to you. Please”
Khushi then folded her hands, tears in her eyes. Nurse was in surprise, seeing her standing still.
Khushi continued. “I will pay double, or whatever your charges mam. But please.,til she gets used to..Iam sure seeing amma, appa, she would definitely regain her memory .I will not give up. She is afterall my sister how can she notidentify me.”
“I have my commitments dear, and it is realy tough. I have my own debts.”
Khushi pressed her forhead hard as things were looking so complicated for her.
“Sheetal’s appointment would be scheduled daily at 11. Take doctor advise before taking any decision”
Khushi noded and then hesistantly walked towards center area, if she could find karan. It was such a big 5 duplex flat, super luxurious. She stood near the mid way near dinning, when she heard karan speaking over the phone. Karan suddenly cut the call as he felt Khushi presence...khushi spoke that she would like to visit the doctors. On hearing that, karan gave a sigh of relief and smile.
“I will direct the nurse. You might have to leave in another half an hour”
“ ok, But don’t you dare to think I have forgiven you. I would take my sister with me to Bangalore and today!” Khushi spoke rudely.
“She is all yours!” Karan replied and walked away.
As Khushi saw him moving to different room, something hit her and she zoomed her eyes only to realize that her Bag pack was in Arnav car. Last night, out of curiosity to see sheetal she walked just taking her hand bag, but her bag pack remained inside the Arnav car.. Her clothes, her accessories and much need sort of things in a bag which went off along with Arnav.
She kept her hand on forehead, then pressed it hard. She has to call him now. She fiddled with mobile. She cursed herself badly, so much she had shouted on him, so much he spoke back. He went away crashing the door. How could she immediately talk to him? But can it be anything she could ignore!? She needed her bag
She unlocked her phone screen when she noticed she had many unread messages from Aman. Some with positive message quotes ,which looked downloaded and sent to her. The last one read-
Iam reaching bangalore after 2 days. Some changes in plan. Need to reschedule flight a last moment. Any update on sheetal akka? Don’t worry…etc etc etc……Khsuhi looked it to be lengthy text. Khsuhi ignored to read itfull and thought to read it afterwards. She just focused on first line . Iwill be reaching Bangalore after 2 days...
she pressed back button and dialled Arnav
Ring..
Ring..
Ring.
She dialed and dialed, but he did not receive it.
“Is he purposely not picking? Why he should behave like this. Don’t he understand how iam going through..”” she murmured the words loudly and kept dialing him.
She then dropped the message. My bag is in your car.
Message seen. No reply.
She sent another message- “Can you please send it here with any of your driver?”
Message seen. No reply.
“Was I too harsh on him? Why he is not replying now..Attitude..I wont ask him sorry..What did I tell wrong” She then remembered how Arnav shouted disclosing something about his mother. She felt sorry for him, but again she talked to herself loudly. . Karan should be punished. Mr Raijyada you are wrong.
She fiddled the mobile again, deciding not to call him further.
“But bag? I need to change , “
She then walked towards the room, where she had seen karan going. She walked in low pace and knocked his door which was Partially opened. As karan opened in surprise.Khushi blurted.
“Wo. My bag I guess left out in arnav’s car”
Karan was quiet confused with her statement.
“My Bagback!. I guess its in his car. Iam trying to call him, but he is not receiving, not responding to my messages too..”
“”oh. I will try” Karan immediately grabbed his phone and dialed Arnav number, clearing noticing the displeasure in Khushi face and equally liking the moment
Arnav cut the call this time.
He disconnected. Karan replied
“But he was not even disconnecting mine!.”
Khsuhi dialed Arnav number again and showed it to karan. The call went again without response.
“See!”
Karan did notice that, Arnav disconnected his number, but rather opt to ignore khushi’s call. But what left him surprised was seeing the caller name on khushi’s screen.”
“Malia Kofta!”
He looked at her again and then to mobile screen. Karan ignored to smile understanding the situation they were in
Khsuhi continued- Can you speak with him again or any way is it possible to ask someone to bring it up ..”
“Will try. Also, there are few things we had bought for sheetal . so if its ok, youcould check it out”
“pch pch..”” Khushi literally cursed herself for always these careless for her things and walked inside sheetal room where sheetal was having her breakfast. Sheetal suddenly saw her and turned in panic.. Nurse held her hands her tightly.As Khushi opened the wardrobe, she was so spletified seeing the dresses being purchased and many stuff. Nurse spoke as how karan along with one of his female friend purchased everything sheetal would need off.
Khushi made a face, ignored nurse comments and simply closed wardrobe without picking anything. She decided to meet doctor as it.
“Just want to first get from this house earliest.” She muttered under her breath
She took her mobile and thought to dial Arnav again. This time the call was answered.

Raijyada House
“By the way Di, how was the sangeet event yesterday?”
“Superb. Met one of my exes. Remember Sid Mehra? Just Had lot of fun.
KHUSHI CALLING. Arnav looked at the screen which he had kept for charge at side table. He ignored. It was 10th time, the ring coming.
“Who is that? Why don’t you receive it?” Anjali enquired
“Nothing Important. Btw.Sid Mehra, Son of Mehra group? He is back to India?”
“On some business trip.. He has been lot flity yesterday. Gosh!, but you know what, I am feeling good.”
“He has recently divorced right. The company stocks fell as his after his divorce with mittal daughter”.
“Yes, but he looked nothing different than way back when we used to date. He was still same”
Arnav mobile rang again. Anjali got frustrated and took his phone..
“KARAN calling.”
Arnav sighed a relief. And immediately took the phone and disconnected.
“He is nuts. Will talk with him later” Arnav replied and pushed the phone aside. Anjali got up and was moving to pull up the curtains, when Arnav questioned her straight way.
“But you loved Akash right di?”
“She don’t have any future with him. He is married..and even she knows that…The board directors having extra marritel affair doesnot go well in companies boundaries.” Manohar spoke and walked inside Arnav room. Both Anjali and Arnav looked at Manohar at second.
“I don’t deny that.I have feelings , I know he is married…”
“But you also know you don’t have future..” Manohar replied.
“Iam least worried on that..i love being single now..and enjoying the life.. Got married at early age and that was the most terrible decision of my life. So Aakash company is just perfect fit for me. Iam with him, till I enjoy. That’s it”
“Uff.That option of Sid is really perfect choice. If you want I will have a meeting with Mehra. He is good friend of mine”
“Oh common Dad. I don’t want to suck in marriage thing now” Anjali replied frustrated “.
Arnav enjoyed the verbal conversion between Manohar and Anjali.
.andArnie Mind you, if you disappear somewhere today.” Anjali suddenly spoke seeing ARnav
“I know DI. Its my birthday tomorrow and you will throw me a surprise party!. “
“Good!.My smart brother. Guys catch you at brunch” As Anjali walked from room. Arnav convinced Manohar that he should stop worrying about Anjali’s relationship more as she is mature enough.
“I know all her decisions have failed, but it’s her life at last”
“KHUSHICALLING”
As it was continuously ringing, Manohar asked to pick it up.
Arnav came out from bed, and handed the phone to Manohar.-“Please deal it” Arnav spoke, brushed his eyebrows and went. He was in no mood to talk with Khushi…..After all he was Arnav Singh Raijyada, no one can take him for granted….
And Manohar was surprised seeing Khushi’s name on the phone screen……

I know you might have expected much more as far as pace of story is concerned...,..but i wanted to stop it right here.....:
but still how was it..:)
I want to know whats your view about Arnav khushi remark on Karan...karan has done mistake, terrible one, but yet he is repenting and helping sheetal.....So whom do you support ..:)
