It could be the second. Alternatively, Rawat could push them to more extremes or be rude and condescending and they could reminiscence how Karan always pushed them and gave them an earful, but was never rude or condescending.

And maybe when karan returns I hope he remains in the academy. He can build good relationship with everyone especially Monami. Them MAYBE karan will feel jealous or something when he sees their friendship and how she treats him differently compared to him.

Sanju talks to Karan about letting Sid go, Karan says tomorrow Col. Batra will decide.
Sanju comes to train the cadets, tells them survival techniques, Monu, Suman and Chitra keep taunting her about Sid. Koel says it was Sid's fault, we should concentrate on our training. Prem also what he did was wrong. Koel and Suman have a verbal fight.
Sanju breaks them up. Karan comes and says that they are not a team, they can't even get together and hate him collectively, how will they fight the enemy. You will be trained to recieve orders not question them.
Monu sneaks out to meet Sid and tells him to apologise to Karan and leave. Sid tells her Sanju came to meet him. He wants to change his world for her, keeps talking about his love. She requests him to leave. He denies. She says she'll call his dad, he says he'll never talk to her.
Monu comes in mess and talks to Sanju about Sid trying to prove he's all good.
Sanju asks her to drink water.
Karan comes in CCTV room and sees Sid being ill.
Sanju picks a bottle and takes to Sid. Karan calls up Dilbaghji and tells him to feed Sid.
Monu meets Karan on the way and requests him to give Sid food. Karan asks if he's ready to apologise and leaves.
Sid falls down.
Monu sneaks into Col. Batra's cabin and picks up some paper, finds his number and calls him. He is unable to listen due to network issues.
Sanju gives him water. He looks at her and falls unconscious. Sanju panics and tries to wake him. Monu comes there, screams, checks his pulse.
Precap : Monu tells Karan if anything happens to Sid, she will make sure his baby knows his truth,Karan screams at her to stay away from his personal life.
