What he needs to do:
I don't know why but I want to say it off once and for all. Raghav reflects a certain part in me, might be in the negative sense but the growth is what I wanted to see in him. He did grow and evolve in the redemption track but dissolving anger is not easy. It takes thousands of mistake and one huge guilt tripping action to reflect upon themselves. I will not and I cannot justify his actions. He has destroyed himself and Pallavi through and through in this track. Anger gets the worst in a person, sometimes, a person changes completely due to regression they feel from their actions.
Raghav was 17 when he saw the worst in front of his eyes. Seventeen is a tender age to hold responsibilities in the shoulder but the age is not tender enough to not learn from the mistakes. Growing up being split in the mental space is horrendous for any human being. He has issues, he has regrets, the point is to evolve from the worst and not become the worst. The world in his point of view runs through money, we all can understand that. I, despite hating his actions, can see where all this is coming from; anger is screening his rationality. What he is emoting is raw, matching with the real world quite understandably. He will regret his actions, he will regret his mistakes. This is also true that I don't want Pallavi to forgive him easily.
The sober thoughts fade when irrational anger surges an impulse in a person. Raghav has been impulsive ever since the beginning. Even now, he is being himself to Pallavi. The suppressed demons inside him has found an outlet.
What he tremendously needs is a therapist. He has been through a LOT. It's not normal to carry such a baggage. He needs to cry out his past. People call that a mental breakdown, in real, it is a mental let out. Honestly, people who cry their hearts out turn stronger in the end of the day. It takes guts to cry, to accept oneself, to break themselves free from the word called 'guilt'. When the outlet is suppressed, anger takes its form, impulse takes its form and it brings out the worst in a person.
Raghav didn't get a chance to acknowledge himself. He is in fact running away from him. He is hurting Pallavi in that process. I will be frank and direct to say this out every time, I am and will always be on Pallavi's side. More than Raghav, Pallavi has pulled me to her side. What he did to her in the past two episodes are horrific, he has hurt her tremendously but his demons need a calming embrace. Pallavi cannot give that to him, he needs to see through it himself. She is not some superhuman.
His anger issues need an assurance, an anchor. Neither Pallavi nor Amma can give that to him. It is Raghav who needs to see through himself. People holding such mental calamity usually deny their issues in front.
Those who cannot love themselves are incapable of giving love to others.
Love is not making the other person grow. Love is growing together.
Love cannot be possessive. Love gives a life time affirmation that the other person will be beside you not matter what goes wrong.
Love is assurance.
Raghav right now is at his worst, it really does not mean he cannot change.
I want a redefined love story of Raghav- Pallavi where they are not over possessive, where they hold each other emotionally and not physically.
This track can give us that prospect.
Though I loathe his actions, he can evolve from this. Learning does not need an age.
