It is doing about the same I feel, though I have not watched Nihal's closely.

2M is an easy target.
The channel has 2.2M subscribers and AK has 0.25M IG followers. Plus casual public, trending viewers and shared links by popular friends.

Up to 4M I see no issues for HR Melodies. Real test is thereafter for all his uploads as only unattached public will drive views..

Understand now. So this explains why Nihal song is stuck around 4M from 2 days. I guess this logic explains why Neha's every song is reaching 50M so easily.

I feel that the real star in all this is Sawai. He has a base of supporters somewhere but they are not evident on SM. His 15M on O Sajnaa is driven not by Idol hype but by the general public. Maybe it is because his 1st song was so successful. I don't know. But he is the real star performer for me in the HR mix.

He is one of those artists that one genuinely wishes well for. And gifted with a lot of talent too.

Actually, if you do an analysis then only 2 songs are ticking over despite being launched two months ago - Sawai's Saneinn and Aru-Pd's Teri Umeed. They seem to have an audience. Rest are stuck though Salman Ali's song seems to have long term potential.
