I watched Anupama in regional and there they had an actor who looked apt for the classmate role but not here.

With due respect to Anuj’s good looks I didn’t find the vibes cute and I always get irritated by preachy heroine. I hope you understand. I like Sai because she won’t give long speeches and believes in action.

I found the track of that show which you mentioned unbelievable..None could grab contracts that way..

Anyway don’t want to discuss it but 96 is class apart. Wonderful movie.

Any day Neil Bhatt / Virat Chavan is my choice not Anuj .

Telugu remake of 96 is Jaanu, I first saw that one and fell in love with that movie, later got to know that it's remake of 96. But I still love Jaanu. I am not comparing Anupama with 96, I am just saying that I got the same feel like watching some cute and innocent love story. 96 and Jaanu are class apart.

After Kuch rang, I have stopped taking any daily soap seriously. I don't have that much time and energy. I am watching it till I can connect with it or else leaving. I still like Virat's character but lost connect with the show because of the CRAP these writers are dishing out on daily basis. I really hope this CRAP Fest will end soon.

Haven't watched the show previously. Recently saw one episode, liked it so watching the current track just for the positive vibes. It's a feel good track at present. I am enjoying it.❤️

And like you after Kuch Rang I didn’t watch any show ..but got addicted to Ghum rather fell in love with Sairat.

Me too .. after kuch rang I didn’t watch any serial but got addicted to ghum ..

96 is a nice movie . Initially I was hesitant to watch but it was good .

I wonder if Vankar was just a dummy CV if IPkKD .. there even a simple scene like making Khushi wear Payal has so much intensity but here they fail to bring that .

So I feel like Vanks was a dummy CV and Ishqbaaz was run by Gul....the couple scenes there were so good, Aneka was khidki tod badass, Shivaay had the kinda attitude Rao does except Nakul carried it differently and Ishqbaaz was also about the brothers so its not like Gul didn't include family drama. However, this isn't family drama...its about the square. The family is just a side entity regardless of the ensemble cast.

I can't remember the Kuch Rang realisation sequence...will have to go back and rewatch.

Have you seen the back hugs in YRKKH where Naira confessed her love? Then again that was Bhavna and well she saved YRKKH from shutting shop when Hina and Karan left and she got Anupamaa to number 1. So let's not even say that Vanks will do what Bhavna has done.

I am happy online audience don’t determine the TRP . Sony shows don’t get good TRP . I am not a fan of Nakul and Disha’s acting . I think no one can replace Ram and Sakahi as Ram and Priya . Nakul tries to copy Hrithik and Disha is very rigid as an actor .

I watched YRKKH on and off . I haven’t watched new generation Naira ones … i watched YRKKH for family drama and was not invested in Naksh as a Jodi so I was happy with the show . I did feel it lacked romance but it didn’t bother me .

Who is Bhavna ? Need to google her . She seems to have. A good track record .

Until now none of the show can beat kuch rang confession and dating phase

I have watched only one gul show and there was no multiple marriages but not sure how her other long running show were . In Gul show , we can expect tons of romance but I am not sure if we would have got slow burn romance like ghum . Sairat is special because they fell in love with each other soul than body . They weren’t physically attracted first and then fell in love but it was other way around . I doubt gul could pull this

DKP would be a blend of family drama + romance .. I think out of all I like DKP the most .

In short , every PH has some pros and cons .

DKP know how to balance family drama and a love story. YRKKH is the biggest example. I think that jodi's fans are the luckiest fans ever because they got EVERYTHING - courtship, destination wedding, 1st year of their wedding, there was separation and angst and divorce (for which they bashed RS and Bhavna A LOT); then more lovey dovey cutesy scenes and then a jealousy track.

Naira was asked to leave the house when it was believed that if she had shared things then Kartik's half brother wouldn't have died...and there were ego issues there too but the way the writers handled the ML's redemption and the way they showed Naira understanding things was very different. Some dialogues that Naira says when they re-unite can potentially ruffle feathers.

The pregnancy track where the first baby presumably dies is the most emotional track I have ever scene. There is a scene where the ML sees the baby and is like "-Hi baby, I am so happy to meet you. You are so so beautiful. You know you look like your mamma, just as beautiful".. ufff I was so emotional

Anyways then there is a jealousy track and another separation and the kids..

However, that is Bhavna and I understand Anupama might not be everyone's cup of tea but there are some things which are a reflection of what society is like today.

Even if you watch Judaai, which was DKP's flagship show, you will see such a good storyline.

However, the channel a show airs on makes a difference as well. I don't know if judaai or ishqbaaz or YR or Anupama would be what they are if they weren't Star Plus shows.

P.S. I apologise for going off track....but as this isn't MF I felt I could deviate from the show.
