I don’t think Pakhi will listen to Virat. Any person with an iota of sense and respect would have stayed away from him after he said no the first time

If love means letting your loved one being hounded by your family and being constantly poked, abused and taunted by them....then yes, this is the toxic love as per ACP Virat Chavan's dictionary.

To me, he is a jilted lover who loves the idea of a woman who is submissive, obedient, acts and talks as per his wishes. He is unable to deal with rejection and has gone so far to "teach" a lesson to the woman he "loves" that there's no returning back. Pakhi would be a much better partner for this person as she perfectly fits all his requirements. An independent and free spirited girl does not deserve this man.
