Let me try and explain from what I know of rules why romantic relationships are prohibited in the forces within the same battalion or teams.

This is becoz then in times of turmoil or the concentration is on significant other and not on team. This is human tendency

Plus whether we agree or not bias or percieved bias does creep in

Even certain corporates have this rule. One partner has to change teams even if they are just in a live in. If not disclosed and later discovered it can warrant a legal action. Sometimes when these relationships don't work out . Some may file a sexual harrasment against the other . This will affect their reputation.

I cannot name these corporates . Some of us sign a additional non disclosure agreement for mid level and higher position which incl these kind of clauses

Especially his baby and his bhabhi whom he never wants to give any tension

I can agree to her accusation of no food situation but if its her baseless accusations I'll stop looking at her as lead
