I always enjoy Sai Pakhi verbal banter. Ayesha is savage Sai Joshi today. Her lines specially asking Pakhi to hang a board outside her room .,..excellent..

I particularly loved the dialogue she said to Pakhi .. you were trying to take my position. It’s very evident that Sai meant to say I won’t tolerate if you come between me and my husband instead of patient …the slight hesitation when she said that was beautifully portrayed by Ayesha

It’s very evident that IPKKND and Ishqbaaz had gul type of romance with lot of push and pull . Ghum is more of a family drama than romantic story .

Ghum was sold as a romantic drama...even the latest promo that brought all the drama was about "kya beetegi uss par jiska dil ghum hai kisi ke pyaar mein"

So they are selling it is a love story....but then they get confused when all the family ka vaar scenes bring TRPs. However, I wonder whether the TRPs will vanish after the confession?

I ve been watching other shows also...and I honestly truly miss the old Virat. This sulky, irritable Veeru is here to stay for a few weeks more I guess?

So confession will come around Navratri?

P.S. can we talk about other shows?

They copied everything from KD even the promos . Even though promo suggested as love triangle , KD was always a family drama . Not sure if KD changed its course after a while seeing the TRPs . Ghum is blindly copying KD and ghum team saw success by blindly copying so they will continue doing it until the trps goes down . To make it attractive for ITV viewers , they added few romantic scenes here and there . If you notice from past few episodes, though the track is about Sairat , Zillat drama hasn’t reduced a bit . We now have a new member Samrat who is contributing to it .

I think confession might come around October end . They still need to show accident , Ganesh utsav celebrations , a week will be dedicated to Ninad Ashwini anniversary then Virat taking transfer and small mission and finally confession .

I think it's the small nuances in their acting that make their scenes worth the watch...I have been watching just their scenes and FF-ding everything else for a while now.

You have raised an important point , will TrPs reduce after confession. My guess is it won’t becUse ghum is watched for family drama which we will have in abundance even after confession. Fake pregnancy and most awaited track for me Jagtap return so it won’t fall atleast for few months after confession.

You know there was one dialogue , where Sai says do we have to sleep on the bed itself in the bedroom . I wish she had indirectly told her that Virat slept on the floor too ..though lie that was needed for Pakhi to stop interfering in their personal life

A few points: I.apologise if this is a mish mash and on a tangent....don't mean to be saying something else when you are saying something totally different but just wanted to share a few thoughts.

So here goes:

1. Will Sai realise her feelings before he leaves? So we will finally get a monologue? How will Sai react? Like a Yash Raj heroine or Vanks's favourite Dharma heroine? Do you think singing Aadha Ishq or Ishq wala love or Kuch toh hua hai fits Sai? I don't think it goes with her personality. However, she is just 19 or 20 y/o. Surely somewhere Sai came to this house to be happy, to live life, to love and be loved....she deserves her share of love and happiness and not the dramz that marrying Veeru brought into her life. I don't know how the audience will react to a Sai who is super happy and dances and sings around CN when she realises her love.

Will we get a scene where she stops him? Again I hope it is a powerful scene.

When does Virat realise that she loves him? And does he melt when he hears about her accident?

Was Ayesha's red sari from Ganpati?

At times I do wonder.. if this had been a Balaji show or a Gul show or a DKP show, how different it would be.....

If we go by KD , he can’t stop him but I don’t want her to try by falling at his feet instead I want her to cling onto him maybe a back hug or something .

I wonder if Vankar was just a dummy CV if IPkKD .. there even a simple scene like making Khushi wear Payal has so much intensity but here they fail to bring that .

I have watched only one gul show and there was no multiple marriages but not sure how her other long running show were . In Gul show , we can expect tons of romance but I am not sure if we would have got slow burn romance like ghum . Sairat is special because they fell in love with each other soul than body . They weren’t physically attracted first and then fell in love but it was other way around . I doubt gul could pull this

DKP would be a blend of family drama + romance .. I think out of all I like DKP the most .

In short , every PH has some pros and cons .

I am also waiting for Jagtap to return - do you know if he kidnaps Sai and Veeru has to save her? Imagine how angry he was when he didn't even know Sai...and imagine now, when she is EVERYTHING to him. He will not spare Jagtap..

That will be an interesting track....

Will fake pregnancy drama be tolerable? If Pakhi was played by a similar actress to RK, this show would be so different...

I can give soo many examples of fantastic actresses in roles that are not exactly protagonist roles.

Since this is a CC, am I allowed to make a list of HW, BW, TV actresses who aced negative roles and or vamps?
