I think in precap, the reason Raghav is asking to to change her saree as its not because he want to control her, it's more like she is changing to teach him lesson, like bhook hartal types. He is not liking his wife in that saree where she wear any expensive saree she wishes.

Him screaming at her, that first after marriage as he always spoke to her in mellow tone even though they were angry or mad at each other, he never screamed.

But I guess to masked his anger, and to not force her, he is screaming. He will never force her to change, he can only ask, so this time the tone is high as he is feeling helpless and angry. They person he loves the most is driving him mad, its against him .
