This whole hoo-ha around marriage is sooo maddening. I was actually kind of happy when Sid in today's or tmrw's episode (its all so confusing because all the episodes are the same nowadays😆) says that he has evaluated himself in the "relationship" but every time he has reached the conclusion that eventually he will feel suffocated. I'm so glad to see that atleast one person in that family could take a decision for himself, without letting the family's emotions or loker kotha smother the picture.

Mithai on the other hand went back home and said "Dadu thamma koto koshto peyche"🤓

What about all the suffering you've been relieved from Mithai?

Another thing that I didn't like was Mithai outright insulting her mother in front of the Modaks'. She said "mithai er ma ki na, majhe majhe poka nore boshe." Mithai's mom has enough reason to be angry given all that she has been put through in that house. Mithai may have lost her sense of self-respect, but it is only natural for a mother to react that way. To belittle it calling it "mathar poka", that too for a family that doesn't care two pence for her, is stupidity.

My scathing rants don't seem to stop nowadays. Sorry about that😛

Bold- you brought out a great point. That's truth. Mit's character just died. The show was soo famous because Mithai earlier had a self respect and stood for it . This show was different than other show now the makers made it just like other ITV Serials. Where FL is Jagatmata. Do anything to her she will still sacrifice her Life if you are her In Laws🤬

There are 2 thngs which came to my mind

Sid falling ill n Mit comes bak then bla bla n she cant leave

Mit is getting married n the groom is not upto the mark, Sid interferes.

I feel Sid will interfere with whatvr he dosent feel right for Mit n make decisions making everybody awkward n surprised.

@Bold - Honestly I want the same.. This may sound so regressive coz I never support things like this.. After all Mithai is an adult but in this case I really feel Modaks shouldn't be able to contact Mithai at any condition.. Specially Sid n Dadai 😐

And about the fire case, Sid has asked Rudy to hold on the investigation after learning Som's involvement.. It will definitely open again when the time is right..

Right now the focus is on SidMit relationship which really needs a closure..

The 1st thing definitely should be zero contact (This zero contact reminds me of SanDhir 🙈 shorry)

Sid will definitely become insane if he doesn't get to hear anything about Mithai..

Parvati Aunty wants to marry her off again.. This can be a trigger point coz it worked last time too with Rudy.. That was a drama by Dadai but this time it can be a reality.. Maybe someone from Jonai only, someone whom Mithai knew from before n shared a friendly bond..

Sid keeps saying it would be ok if Mithai wants to start her life again with someone else.. But saying is one thing but actually accepting it is a whole different thing n Sid cannot accept it as we have already seen..

Agree with you absolutely.. Even I didn't like Mithai's reaction.. Which girl would behave like this with her mother just because some family members in your in-laws loves you (though not selflessly).. What about all the insults she had to bear in that house??

Parvati Aunty has every rights to act like the way she did.. It was a natural reaction expected from a mother..

And I absolutely hate it when the writers turned the FL into a Forgiveness ki Devi 😠😠 which is most of the time 😐
