Likely. I wouldn't be surprised if tara ends up being born, then there will be HSSH dialogue. "Taara ko Pyaar Karne ka haq, chote chachu/Chachi ko bhi hai" because Shiva will know both some how feel something for one another, but don't know how to tell her.
