Firstly, at the earliest pregnancies get detected after 12-15 days of conception. If you test too soon, it comes out negative or inconclusive. These guys have been married for literally 8-9 days. Considering Sirat & Kartik make such a big cry about her career, I'm assuming they used protection.

I think it's the first option. Not that i am saying Sirat is not a gold digger. But i think seeing Karthik behavior having 3 kids given that Akshu does not even walk yet, still he is definitely ready/hoping for another kid.

Earliest heartbeat can be detected at 6 weeks of pregnancy only ! And In some rare cases around 7-8 weeks of pregnancy!

They showed baby’s heartbeat in the scan which means it was minimum 6 weeks of pregnancy!
