Okay I understand Daksh is thinking he's going to make Purvi's life better by marrying her but surely even he realises that his marriage will not be legal. Even if we take out the logic, does he not remember Vir's conversation about Purvi and how he loved her so much. If Vir was this obsessive person, surely he would have snatched Dhwani away from Daksh the first moment he saw her. Not wait around and bring her to Rewari. Daksh can easily ask any of the villagers and they'll tell him how much love there was between PurVir but obviously he'll believe PrAnjali.

At least Daksh isn't as bad as we thought he's become.
