Ary used to be amazing with teasers . Still remember the impact its teasers had on me when they used to make social issu dramas. I felt scared so I didn't watch them 😆

ARY teasers of the latest shows had been spectacular

Honestly I am very sick of the weird agenda they are showing nowdays in dramas where they are so anti-education for women and showing women who are well-to-do or go to college are "behaya" or disgusting women who only go to college for affairs. Also these stupid dialogues need to be stopped where fathers threaten to burn their daughter alive or kill her, then later gain sympathy because he's the father, so he gets a pass because of his ghairat! We need to promote education and being on your own feet for both genders, but instead they are showing such things that already skew audience mindset. International content is not going to connect with such content. I don't have issue with typical dramas with good excecution but with these type shows my blood boils to see such 1940s mindset prevailing in dramas and the woman has to deal with marraige and eventually falls in love with someone who is not her choice 😡.

I had it in mind when I wrote my comment.😃 You see.. this is just an example.

And I agree with you that dramas promoting regressive topics about girls education, and all.. They show the girl who is strong and wants to complete her studies and have a job, and not agree to her father's wish of marrying her to a guy of his choice as an evil.😕 There are also those educated girls who work with the male lead and try to snatch him from his wife .

They are showing the same thing in Saira Raza new show with Neelum Sami as well and it leaves such a bad taste in the mouth as it's 2021 for God's sake ....not 2011

For some reason i watched this. Idk why honestly.

Anyway here is the story. Abeer played by Amar, is a girl who comes from a relatively strict family. She however is not ur masoom si larki. She hops from pretty boy to next pretty boy. Her current boyfriend is mohsin played by mohsin Abbas haider. Mohsin is going crazy in her love. He starts going crazy if he doesn’t see or talk to her for even half a day. I however didn’t feel like he was the obsessive lover (in a negative way) who likes to control his love. He just can’t be without her.

abeer has a friend neelum played by Maryam noor. She is engaged to Junaid played by muneeb. When abeer sees Junaid for the first time she goes Gaga over him. She feels she deserves someone like Junaid, regardless if tht means hurting her friend. So she steals junaid’s number from neelum’s phone n start talking to him n going out with him. All of this while avoiding mohsin.

Unlike abeer who is in college mohsin is not n he is well of n works already, so his mom wants to marry him off. Mohsin’s mom wants ruhi, her niece as mohsin’s wife, as apparently the rishta was already agreed when they were young. Mohsin disagrees n argues with his mom n says only abeer n stuff of tht sort. When she doesn’t agree he goes to ruhi n tells her no.

This goes on for a while. After this we get the last scene where abeer n Junaid r out on a date n mohsin sees them. He is hurt n leaves. Next episode’s teaser we see mohsin bring rishta to abeer’s house. Abeer will throw mohsin out the house infront of everyone n reject him. Mohsin had this happen to him in ghamandi drama as well😆 poor guy n his bad luck. Although in that he ended up with Maryam noor. Anyway, next in the teaser we see him crying on the ledge of a bridge. Also neelum will catch abeer n Junaid.

its a meh drama. Honestly, it feels a little toxic. At the start when I didn’t realize abeer was negative, I thought she felt like when mushk was in her rebellious state after falling in love with irtiza in razz e ulfat. But later I felt like she is 10 times worse😆

I think Junaid is just like abeer a playboy who hops girl to girl. As for mohsin, I feel he will jump off tht bridge. Although I hope not. Also felt bad for his cousin ruhi.

For the osama tahir fans. He is also in the show however he is not here yet. I think he will be ruhi’s brother.
