I won't say I am disappointed but probably expected a bit more from him. Nevertheless I feel it was consistent with his character. He is usually not someone who gets angry at anyone easily and is known to be quite calm. Also he doesn't know Priya enough or about the past to take a strong stand for her. But he did what he could to ease the situation and lowkey insulted Neeraj. He was quite savage🤪Also he didn't support Nandini. Moreover at this juncture of their relationship Ram doing anything more would have looked quite out of place as they barely know each other.

2) The double standards with Nandini was infuriating. I really need her to be called out by Ram if she brings it up privately.

Bhai your son, even on the day of his engagement was after Vedika. I was always on Ram's side with Vedu related things but today was super weird yaar. Maybe he wanted to go to her and clarfiy their relationship but he truly does not even owe Vedika that.

Agree completely!! I was saying the same. Ram himself has a past so her questioning Priya was really weird😵 also I didn't like hiw he was going to Vedu I really don't want him to clarify anything to Vedu when she herself is married.

3) Someone please calmly tell that family about Mahendra Sood. Otherwise there will be another drama like today!!

Ekta serial hai and Priya is stressing on this point so definitely a big drama on the way🤪

4) Neeraj really said Priya still loves him in front of everyone. Ahhh! This part doesn't surprise me nor does it make me angry. However the audacity of this dude. He not only embarassed himself but he embarassed his wife and his in-laws.

@bold- seriously🤣 matlab he literally made a joke of himself🤪

Things that were pleasant:

1) Ram finally learned of Priyas heart break. And I do appreciate him calling out her bad choice. Mann ki baat khe di.

Was laughing so hard when he said bass tumhari choice buri thi🤣 never thought Ram could be this savage🤪 also the way he praised himself saying het choice has become better🤪

2) Ram really did just stop himself and stared at Priya for a good second. This part made me feel two ways. Part of me feels like he only admired her after she put on makeup and the other part of me remembers how he left Vedika and went straight to Priya yesterday.

I have my doubts with this scene. Don't know what to make out of it. The first thought that came to my mind was maybe he liked it because Vedu applied it ( maybe its his favourite colour or something) now I am thinking he was surprised she had applied make or he was just actually admiring her genuinely. He hadn't seen her up close after she entered the party. And he was impressed with that staff wala incident

3) Nandini's conversation with Priya's younger sister was quite pleasant to watch. I still don't get her. But I do think she went with the intention of disliking Priya's younger sister but then she grew on her. That was nice to watch! I want more of this and less of Nandini with them double standards.

Maybe I am in the minority but I found their scenes a bit weird. Might be the way the actress is playing Nandini. I just couldn't figure out what she was trying to do. First I thought she was taunting her or was about to scold and insult her but then she started gossiping

Okay so since many people are discussing this thing about Nandini being double-standard.

Let me put out my thoughts here:

I didn't find her wrong. She never for once said - Humein pata hota toh hum Rishta hi nahi laate.

She just clearly stated - Aapko humein batadena chahiye thha toh yeh Tamasha nahi hota. And I found her absolutely right.

Why? - The Kapoors unlike the Soods are a known entity & anything could be taken to press in an overwhelming manner that could hurt all parties involved. And here the Soods have an uglier duckling with the part of the Younger Sister (Maitrayi) marrying the Ex-Boyfriend who's also boasting about his previous relationship with Priya.

What Nandini meant was this whole drama could have been avoided if she was informed earlier. They could have made a guest list where Neeraj wouldn't have been invited - Problem Sorted. Simple.

Ram-Vedu's previous relationship can't be equated to this as Vedu didn't marry his close sibling nor is she flaunting her hold over Ram in Priya's face.

Finally watched the epi. Got a bit late today.

Overall nice epi but some things felt quite random. -

Like many others I didn't really get what Nandini was trying to do with Sandy.. her expressions during that scene confused me.. 😕

Ram running after Vedu made me . COME ON Ram!!! Wtf. Even Vedu felt annoyed and left as soon as she saw Ram approaching her.

The Vedu-Priya scene was okay.. but it makes me confused about Vedu. I have the same confusion as others..is she really positive? Does she really want Ram to be happy in his life and not meddle into his matters? Iska chakkar samjh nhi aa rha. I for one would be super glad if she is not a negative character in the show..it would be refreshing!

That whole Neeraj drama felt OTT to me. The way it was executed felt very...unnatural, overdramatic. I didn't like the scene.. idk but I wish it was done in some other way...

What I liked-

Ram noticing Priya and wanting to compliment her but being afraid of her reaction😆it was a cute scene! It was the first time on the day that he saw Priya up close.. his eyes lingered on her a little longer than ever before ..and in his heart he was already impressed by her after that staff-scene , so his admiration for her grew 😳 this scene subtlely showed how he is slowly starting to like her ❤️

Ram's reaction on Neeraj drama was totally right IMO. He doesn't know Priya much so him doing or saying anything overly in her favour or taking a strong stand for her would be out of character. His reactions were mild but justified , given the situation. Whatever he did say was spot on though! Just a few lines but it managed to put Neeraj in his place! Loved how he calmly handled the situation! 👏⭐️

Nandini's reactions on hearing about Neeraj was quite natural IMO. She didn't say she would cancel the wedding, but was disappointed that they weren't told about this before. Ofcourse yes it was hypocritical of her to say this when she herself hadn't told them about Ram's history with Vedu, but still in this case Priya's family seems more messed up than Ram's. Maitri marrying Priya's ex does seem very very odd to everyone!

But at the very least his first response shouldn't have been "Tum kisi se pyar karti ho?". Maybe he just froze up and didn't know what to say. But after that point I will give him a lot of credit of mediating that entire situation.

I don't think Ram knew that it was Vedu who applied that lipstick. It might have been his favorite color so that could be another reason he was attracted to her during that scene. But I also have mixed feelings about that situation too. I am leaning towards the fact that he was genuinely surprised by how good she looked especially since she had made an effort. And I forgive him only because he loved her in yesterdays episode even when she was "without" makeup.

Also don't kill me for saying this but Vedus lipstick choice for Priya was much better then her sisters and I was soo grateful for Vedu in that moment!!😆

As for Nandini..hmmm...yeah she is super confusing. I do think she might not be as bad as she looks. Plus she seemed super happy in the precap. Ekta rani knows the rest🤣

@bold- I guess he was a bit shocked at that after what he has seen of her. She has been so rude and bitter, He was kinda taken by surprise that she loves someone😆 probably it is a bit surprising for him to imagine Priya being in love with someone🤪

@pink- I still a bit confused about the scene. Though I agree regarding the colour being better I wish it wasn't Vedika who put in Priya. Kinda feels like he noticed Priya after the touch up done by Vedu🥱 I know its far stretched but I don't want Vedu to have any door door ka connection with PriRa😵 it just makes me uncomfortable. I do feel he genuinely admired her specially after the staff incident but the makers should have been a bit clear about what Ram thought😆

@purple- I feel the actress wasn't upto the mark with her expressions which made it quite weird. Also there was no monologue of her and we have hardly seen much of her to understand what she is thinking. Makers really need to focus on important characters rather than just showing crowd all the time

Mami- Priya ki behen ne uske boyfriend se shaadi karli. Aap logon ne shaadi karwa bhi di aur isne kar bhi li🤪

Mami baki jo bhi dramebaaz ho she was just bang on about this fact especially @bold. Its so strange for a sister to do that

Mami was spot on with it. I feel priya's mother is to be blamed for that . I feel priya's family is more messed up. I feel even after all this priya's family will not say a single word to that neeraj. Priya's mother is just horrible 🤢

So atleast now they both know about each other.... I mean about their lovelies... Ram was also quite vocal about his own lovestory...

That's what I like about them... They are so open to one another... Harr cheez mein... Bass tareef nahi kr sakte ek doosre ki😆
