Whixh is why it is bigamy.. in my opinion she is accusing him and imlie of cheating the only thing she has and the only thing she kept hurling at them that she is legal and only wife...if she claims cheating adi imlie have no proof .. hence imlie does get in danger too..🤷‍♀️ and then to protect her he is like yeah lie but imlie shouldn't suffer for my mistakes

I don’t think the creatives will have the courage to go for a bigamy case because, however Malini is now, with the bigamy case, Adi is the criminal and he did the crime. They won’t be able to let him go Scott free from jail term if this case goes to court, the only way that can end is with Malini being whitewashed and she taking the case back… or Imlie ending up blackmailing her, like she did with AC when T family was arrested.
Bigamy can only be used to blackmail Adi regarding sending Imlie to jail for being his partner in crime.

This has to be the rape case because, inspite of all, Adi would insist on finalizing the divorce and Imlie being his only wife. This case would be to force their hand into Adi letting Imlie go and accepting Malini as his wife. That would be the deal AC will be making with T family, that if Adi accepts Malini then she will withdraw the case or Malini blackmailing Imlie with if Adi continues to do his Imlie jaap then she would send him to jail. If She can make Adi accept Malini as his wife then she will withdraw the case.

maybe the saree will be found and Imlie might bring it to Adi and Adi might start to believe that Malini might have worn this saree and tried to took advantage and finally start believing that Imlie is telling the truth regarding Malini. So, saree might be used to convince him that he was trapped and he decides to fight in court. Otherwise, he is all set to accept the crime and jail time for rape. Then the camera comes later with the proof. Adi still hasn’t given Imlie the camera and even in the precap, she doesn’t seem to be having the camera. I don't think they have guts either but with that they can indeed show a bit of leap ke yeh saza kaarne chala gaya or didi will be like I will take the case back if you then push imlie away since abhi bhi yeb nahi chod raha imlie ka daaman hence to hurt her the lie that she is pregnant.. but in reality he is just protecting her and bigamy nahi toh cheating caz cheating can get her in trouble🤔 if I am not wrong or aiming they had an affair dono ko saza hogi na ? I feel, the sequence is going to be…

Imlie finding the saree.. (LOL maybe, Adi running after Imlie outside to stop her, and Adi spotting the saree in the boot and telling Imlie you were wearing this saree and why is this saree now inside Mrs. C’s car boot? And Imlie again telling him that it is all a chaal by Malini and this time, he believing the possibility.)

Adi realizing that there is more than that meets the eyes, will either confront Malini or bring Imlie back into the house (exactly 5 mins after she made her exit)😆 or Imlie still choosing to leave believing something happened in the intoxicated state and that Adi mistook Malini for her.

AC calling mahila morcha. Imlie finding out about it and coming to protect Adi.

AC/Malini filing rape case against Adi. Adi now believing the possibility of his innocence, with Imlie’s support fights the case in court.
