I feel it's sunny's kaand ..he might have informed the new commissioner about raghav's custom evasion , Pallavi takes the blame and lands in jail or leave raghav , so he becomes mentally unstable, sunny takes over the rr Mansion and Raghav's business...

After few weeks of torturous episodes, Rao's including keerti will join hands and they will get their RR mansion and property back from sunny ..
